Gotti Free After Judge Declares Mistrial

And he walks free again!
John "Junior" Gotti was on trial when prosecutors accused him of ordering gangland hits to settle scores, even though Gotti claims he quit the mob in the '90s.
However after an 11-day deliberation the jury told the judge that they couldn't come to a unanimous verdict and a mistrial was declared.
Gotti left the courtroom smiling and was freed on a $2 million bond. The same result happened at THREE of his previous racketeering trials at that Manhattan courthouse!

We NY-ers are probably the ones who have to pay for these trials. Once *is* enough. The govt. has embarassed themselves enuf. Yeah, they want the same thing to happen to Junior as what happened to his dad but really. We do n-o-t need any more trials.
