Alas, he isn't a vampire in this flick, but from the look of these stills from his new movie Remember Me, we don't think that takes away from the hawtness.

If "K Stew" is so bad then why is New Moon so damn popular? Its not just the guy hotness.. the movies wouldn't work without her and if people didn't like her acting skills they wouldn't like the movies as much as everyone does! Perez told my friend Swifty that he thought Rob was a " terrible actor" in New Moon, so go figure with no complaints about him on the actual blog. Anyway i have met this Australian actress once not long ago for a few seconds. And i am friends with Shiri Appleby and she told me that her and Majandra hated Emilie and that she was a major b*tch on set. But I have to give her the benefit of the doubt because i really don't know her, other than a quick hello. I don't like to form my opinions based on others especially in this industry.

no disrespect to Emilie De Ravin, she's a lovely lady and a good actress, but why would kstew taking acting notes from a girl whose been limitted primarily to TV parts when the Stew's worked alongside or with DeNiro, Jodie Foster, Bruce Dern, Sean Penn,Barry Levinson, etc. on teh big screen? I mean, seriously, this is precious.lol

when i watched new moon, this movie trailer came on. It was very strange to see Rob in an actual normal movie this time. I don't like it!!! He's made for the magical and supernatural movies!!

Robert Pattinson has made some great movies where you really get to see his acting ability. "How To Be" was very good (if you like British comedy) and "Little Ashes" (biography of Salvidor Dali) was simply wonderful and such a courageous step for a young actor (he plays Dali in his younger and sexually confused years). Before you bash him for limited acting ability make sure you have seen his body of work and not just his body. Some people only see him for his looks but in the two aforementioned movies he is not playing the "brooding hunk".
I'm a huge Twilight fan and it kills me to say that the trailer for Remember Me was the highlight of my New Moon movie experience! (except for Michael Sheen in NM - he rocks my socks)

) I really like your comments.Anyway,Kristen is worse than Rob. In Remember Me of which have only seen the trailer he acts better i think. We'll see in Feb-March.I love Rob ,he seems very modest and down to earth and a funny guy. He's got a great sense of humor and he is an intellectual.I would also say outspoken and modest but based on your comments i find it hard to claim. Anyhow, i am sure that he had a thing with Nikki and that he isn't Kristen 's boyfriend as he fears commitment. Kristen is one of the worst actors i have ever seen on the big screen. She's got this expressionless face. She plays herself.And yet she seems like spoiled brat.She tries too hard to look cool and she thinks she does it by copying Robert.She is younger that makes her the influencee and Rob the influencer:)

It's a good movie, it was nice to see him outside of the vampire role. He plays a really good older brother.

Yes I will watch this. I will also watch any movie Kristen Stewart comes out with, for that matter I will probably watch any movie any of the cast comes out with. I think they all did a great job and I look forward to watching them grow in their careers.

Re: pinkangelmonkey – I think the majority of people who see the Twilight movies are people who have read the books and have to see it come to life on the big screen. The other half are obsessed with the hotness.
The movies could work without Kristen Stewart. She is only "playing" Bella Swan. Kristen might resemble her in the looks, but the acting is dual, one sided and the portrayal of Bella Swan is horrible. If you have read the books you can't help but be disapointed by Kristen Stewart's portrayal of Bella Swan.

I think Kristen is way better than Robert at acting.
Kristen have also been in more movies than Robert, even after Twilight.
Robert will properly always been known as the guy in Twilight because of his role as Edward and his CRAZY fans. But Kristen will have it easier to get away from Twilight because off the hate (Jealousy) towards her.
Kristen is an amazing actress and she will go far.

I think that most people that are saying that the person who plays Bella did a bad job would have said that to whoever played Bella, not just Kristen. And it wouldn't be a good casting choice unless it's themselves, so it's just jealousy.

Datay has been speaking the truth from the very beginning… Those of you do not believe Rob dated Nikki Reed should do a little old candid research on the net. There are personal photos of them together , very personal. In one photo Nikki Reed is grabbing Rob's crotch!!! Yes!! The y aren't naked of alone but she is actually grabbing it and leaning on to him while striking a pose. Also,there are photos of Nikki ,Anna and lizzy pattinson grabbing each other's boobs.Annnnd,Rob and Ashley ”hanging out”. Ashley actually links arms with Rob and it looks like the photo has been taken last year.. Check it out girls. It's all on the net. I'm sorry I don't watch the Twilight series for Kristen. If anything she is the reason I hesitated to go see the movie. I watch the movies because of Rob, Peter, Taylor, and Michael Sheen. Kristen has been lucky to work with some really good actors. Yes, but she has only been lucky because of the connection her parents has in Crazy-wood. But, she could and should expand her acting range. Kristen seems okay as a person but she is not a good actress. There are a lot of people that dislike Kristen because of her earlier rudeness to the fans. It is not easily forgotten. This is why so many people have terrible things to say about/to Kristen.
The Remember Me trailer looks awesome. Rob and Emile both seem to do a great job. I think Rob could have chemistry with a rock. The man is talented. I will definitely go and see this movie.

I have seen this picture too and that is what convinced me that datay was telling the truth. You don't grab your friends "jimmy and the twins". Unless, you have been close and personal. Nikki is staking her claim on him in the photo, Rob's expression is priceless. Why would Kristen go out with someone that her BFF was with. If they are dating (Rob and Kristen) Kristen is asking for trouble and a world of hurt AND she is going to get it.

I watched the trailer and it actually looks really good! I am not a huge fan of the twilight series or anything either to be honest… Not all school girl over R-Patz as well so that should say something about this movie itself from a more unbiased point of view!

Re: lilnino – Working with talented actors, does NOT make you talented. If you actually watch KStew, she's as one dimensional as they get. She's exactly the same in every roll she plays, which means (to me) that she is NOT portraying a character. I.E. NOT acting.
Thanks Trinty:) Also while checking the old posts on the net i found out that Ashley said that Rob liked staying single… It backs up datay's story. Plus, Kellan,Elizabeth and Peter have said that Rob was a complicated guy as datay said before.Plus,there are photos of Rob and Ashley leaving the set together in the evening and taking planes together( in the airports) and somewhere else where it looks like the rooftop of a high rise building ( still LA i think).They are photographed by a swimming pool.Plus, in letters to Rob website a lady posted a comment saying that earlier this year she threw a party at her LA home and some girls came with Robert Pattinson whom she hardly knew.Anyway,one of the girls said to the house owner that the guy was a douche bag and that he slept with a cast member and didn't want any strings attached. He basically said that they were f… buddies.. The lady wasn't interested in the story and she said didn't want to hear the rest..Just sayin'. Isn't a bit weird that Nikkî's computer was stolen in Greece with all the photos in it and was never found? And all of these people basically implying the same thing? It all supports Datay's story. I like Rob he is young guy i don't blame him for anything but you gotta know the truth:)
