There's no doubt that Angelina commands top dollar!

The numbers are in, and Ange is the #1 money-maker of 2009, as far as actresses go in Hollywood!

Jolie reportedly earned over $40 million in 2009 with the releases of Wanted and Changeling, and the mama-of-six is expected to earn over $20 mil in the coming year with the films Salt and The Tourist.

Impressive!

      When you travel outside the US its amazing to see the comercials celebs do for large companies, but arent shown in the US.

      As per usual Perez, you've got your facts COMPLETELY wrong. Angelina was named the highest grossing actress of 2008, NOT 2009. She earned $15 million for the action movie "Wanted" this year and could make $20 million to star in a possible sequel.

      She also had high-earning roles in 2007's "A Mighty Heart" and in this year's "Changeling" and was paid $15 million-plus for her upcoming film "Edwin A. Salt".

I love her, Drew Barrymore and Johnny Depp. I think all three are wonderful examples of how a person can have everything they want in life come true for them (beauty, wealth, success) and still remember that they live in the world and they should use their good fortune to help others. Amazing people.

Changeling made 112 million worldwide, it cost 55 million to make, in America it played more like an art house film with under 2000 locations. Angelina was also nominated for many awards for this film including the big three, a Golden Globe, an Oscar, and A SAG.
      Valkyrie made 200 million worldwide, cost 75 million, open much wider, and yielded no major acting nominations for Tom.

      I just finished Halperin's book. Fascinating. After reading that, and doing a bit more reading online, I agree it's completely believable that she is falling apart - back on meth/heroin, which apparently causes erratic behaviour and a tendency to fly off the handle. She delivered twins and within months dropped to being bone thin, surrounded by constant rumours of flying off the handle with Brad… He looks so tired and frazzled and can't even fake looking happy anymore. I really feel for both of them.
