Hugh Hefner Is On Team Tiger
No surprise there. The man has made a living out of being a polygamist!
Tiger Woods might have the world throwing up their middle finger at him, but not Hugh Hefner. No, the eternal Playboy is sticking up for the golf pro and giving the thumbs down to monogamy.
When asked about Tiger's scandal, Hef replied:
"I think the only surprise in it, quite frankly, is that anybody would be surprised. If you're a good-looking guy and young and healthy, the notion that there would be something else going on, well, marriage is just a convenience. It's very nice for raising kids, but the notion that monogamy lasts forever is a wish!"

Oh, and as for ever making a special spread consisting of all of Tiger's whores, Hef says, "We're not looking for scandal, but I don't know. We'll see."

I agree with Hef. Being married to the same person for 50 years has got to be awfully boring after a while. The sameness of it all sounds so dull. Men especially are not meant to stay endlessly with just one female. It goes against nature.

If you don't want to believe in monogamy, fine. In my opinion people who say that haven't found the right person, or have some kind of psychological issue about love. But regardless, there's a difference between polygamy and adultery. If you want to fuck multiple people, clear it with your wife or at least leave her! Otherwise it's just cruel.

And besides, fame and fortune are really tough on marriage /committments.

How sad! Why get married? Don't get it. He's a fake! There is nothing wrong with remaining single and messing around. Look at Clooney- nobody judges him because he is a Fake and pretending he is something he is not.
Some people can stay monogamous and actually have the capacity to love while others can't - that's fine, but why get married then? Why not remain single and screw as many people as you want without consequences? I guess it's the thrill of doing something "naughty" and hurting someone in the process that makes it all the more sweeter, which is lame. At least Hef has never pretended to be something he's not so kudos to him.

Well, I like Hugh Hefner. I think he's awesome and he throws really awesome parties.
So he's a polygamist, big deal. Polygamy is big in some religions, and it's just one of his beliefs.
It's not for me, but I'm not going to hate someone because they believe in something that I don't.
As for if the girls he gets are for love of money… that's really the girls problem and Hef's, isn't it?
As for Tiger… we don't know the details of his marriage. They may have been together for the kids sake, or it could have been a decent marriage (minus the cheating). But I think if he's seeing 4 or 5 different people, then Hef is right.
Traditionalism isn't for everyone.
