Barbra Gets Sued By The Help

We'd never mess with Barbra Streisand.

However, a carpenter is suing Babs for injuries he supposedly sustained while working in her Malibu home. The handyman, Daniel Ortiz, claims he fell in a ditch back in 2007 while working and that the injury was due to "negligence" on Barbra's part.

What?!

According to the lawsuit filed last Wednesday at the L.A. Superior Court, Ortiz was caused "humiliation, fear, discomfort, anxiety, loss of enjoyment of life, mental anguish, and emotional and physical distress."

That's a lot of issues for falling into a hole!

The paperwork also claims that the accident is Bab's fault as she "failed to take steps to either make the dangerous condition safe or warn [Ortiz] of the ditch — which he fell into while exiting an on-site trailer."

And just how deep was this ditch? He really couldn't see a big hole?!?

Poor guy, if he suffered humiliation before, he's sure to feel a lot more of it when Bab's lawyers rip him a new one in court!

      Streisand is always getting sued, because she is the biggest biotch on the planet. I wouldn't be shocked if this guy's claims were right on. Babs can't win every argument just because she's got a bazillion dollars.
