Leighton Says Her Album Is Coming! Chill Out!
The ultimate Gossip Girl Leighton Meester has been dabbling here and there with her music career and so far, we've remained mildly excited about her musical endevaours. Both her duets with Cobra Starship and Robbie Williams have been decent, but we are eager to hear what kind of noise comes out of her debut album.
We've learned we have to wait a bit longer than expected, as Leighton reveals she hasn't even finished writing it! While being interviewed at the KIIS-FM's Jingle Ball in El Lay, Leighton revealed:
"You know, it's weird — I'm still writing. I'm about to start a movie that's all about country music, so I'm definitely trying to keep them separated ’cause I really am starting to grasp a hold of that and I really love it…I'm thinking maybe sometime in February or March just so that I have a really good time doing the movie and finishing up Gossip Girl, and then I'll have a little bit of time to tour and really get into it and do a live show."
Alright, but hurry up! We're losing interest, which means so is everyone else!
