Well, here's one way to shed those extra pounds!
Unilever has recalled all of the ready-to-drink Slim-Fast diet shakes due to "possible bacterial contamination"!
Yum!
A number of the Slim-Fast shakes have tested positive for Bacillus cereus, which causes symptoms similar to food poisoning - nausea, vomiting and diarrhea - when consumed.
The symptoms are said to last for up to 24 hours, but no worries, it won't kill you.
Most Slim-Fast drinkers are looking for a quick fix to weight loss, but we bet they weren't imaging they'd be losing the extra pounds this way!
