Mel Gibson's wife, Robyn, the mother of seven out of his eight children, is requesting that the courts provide her with the actor's pension and health plans from the Directors Guild and Screen Actors Guild as well as his Transworld Artists money plan for her review.
She is seeking a share of Mel's estimated $900 million fortune after filing for divorce in April of 2009.
Robyn cited irreconcilable differences and sought joint physical and legal custody over their 9-year-old son Thomas, as well as spousal support and attorney's fees.
Get that money, girl!
You deserve it after putting in 29 years of marriage and having SEVEN children with that lunatic!

Robyn's entitled to his pension, health, EVERYTHING because she is his wife. I don't believe that Robyn is a golddigger she has been his legitimate wife all these years. Mel brought it all upon himself by this pregnancy (and years of affairs - you know that had to be so painful to Robyn that the man she loved did not love her back and enjoyed other women and could never give himself to her). Duh! don't you know when you got money and you ticked your wife off for the last time she is going to get you in the pocketbook!! I hope Robyn keeps fighting and keeps this divorce going on until she gets AT LEAST 3/4 of everything! Mel obviously is a very abusive man and has caused so much emotional/verbal abuse (you can't tell me he's not verbally abusive) to Robyn (I'm sure for many, many years) and she is entitled to more than half. Mel is only hurting himself with his hatred and hard heart and this other woman has really hurt him for the outcome of the divorce. He should have never made Robyn mad!! If Robyn ever was "unfaithful" to Mel then it was that Mel drove her to it. I don't think Mel is that great of an actor or director now because of his heart I believe he has lost a great deal of his "talent/skill".

well by law, she is entitled to half of his pension over being married for so many years, as for the health insurance, she may want to continue the same for her young son……i wonder who paid for his girlfriend's delivery….etc…so fair is fair in the eyes of the law….i am sure they are working out the fine details……and i'm also sure that robyn doesn't want oksa to get half of his pension, and be under his health plan…
one thing to remember,,,,,after the divorce, mel will continue to go on and make some big bucks….so he is not going to be penniless….she has to watch out for what is now, and im sure that with the separation date of 2006, mel is putting up a fight that she is not entitled to anything after that…also the other fly in the ointment is oska….she must be getting some money some where or has gotten some…remember he is still married, and im sure robyn doesn't want anymore money spent on her…and the baby…

Robyn was with Mel from when he was famous cause when she married him he had already made 3 major movies: Mad Max, Tim, and summer citry and was also known in tv series, and had signed for Gallipoli, The River, and The Bounty. He was young and super beautifull and famous and every men and womens dream, and rich! So she had a god time. She begin to turn her back on him after he begin to have seriouis image problem with TPOC and at the DUI arrest she diches him! Thats what i call luv! oh yeah! and same goes with oksa who is after blingblings and money, and fame, and is as famewhore as can be. They are both asholes. Robyn was more than compensated during her marriage she ahd the very good life thus she never work a day in her life, and she had kids with lots of years in between.
