Another Lawsuit Against Michael Jackson's Estate

Are you really that surprised?

The Michael Jackson legal troubles just seem to continue.

This time around, it's Jackson's former landlord who's suing the estate after claims that Jackson left his Las Vegas mansion in a complete mess.

According to landlord Aner Iglesias, the repairs will cost an estimated $234,000!!!

WTF! What type of damages happened to the place? That's enough money to buy a small house in some places.

But according to Iglesias, the damages are both inside and outside of the home, as well as damages to the phone and alarm systems which need to be completely replaced.

Good luck getting paid on that and proving it was Michael who damaged it.

Though, why wait so long to make the claims?

A junkie who took no responsibility for anything in his life, why would this be a surprise?

This kinda looks like one of those tasteful "palaces" in Iraq …… before we invaded them

You know what? Every single thing I have read here today, I read elsewhere yesterday. Besides being prompt, the other gossip outlets usually know how to spell and write a proper sentence…something that continues to elude the staff at perezhilton.
      .
Let this be a lesson, kids. Stay in school or you might end up writing fucktarded copy for a fat, bitter, old queen, with no fashion sense and a fucked up world view.

Just last Thursday, I was driving near Forest Lawn and this HUGE procession of cops, 10 or so motorcycles, the LA Coroners van, then a dozen detective cars followed by at least 5 obvious undercover cops goes driving away from the cemetery. Who would warrant such security? Dead, in a coroners van? Only, Michael in my opinion. They must be doing more investigating of his body. Weird.
Don't know who it was, but this really happened.

The most annoying thing about this post is this:
According to landlord Aner Iglesias, the repairs will cost an estimated $234,000!!!

Seriously? That's enough to buy a BIG house in a LOT of places. We don't all live in LA, Perez. Sheesh.

$234K is enough money to buy multiple small houses in "some places" or one large house in others dipshit………..

good luck proving he did it? It doesn't matter, because he owned it.

I used to have band practice right down the street from this house. It's called "Hacienda Palomino" because it's on Palomino Ln x Shetland Rd in Las Vegas. It's right across from and elementary school and next door to a Salvation Army …kiddie central.

    12. 12

It's enough money to buy an average size home in most of the US, perez…

    13. 13

With 234,000 you can buy a BIG house in VARIOUS locations, not a "small house" in "some places".

This saga will never end. It took them this long to come up with that figure?
I'm sure more will come out some will be solid others will be out for a buck!
      Damn!

I do believe that with expensive properties comes the possibility of creating expensive damage, for which you should pay. The question for me is how long ago did he live there and if there is a statute of limitations on these claims. It seems like these claims should have to be made right after the tenant moves out.

    16. 16

Damn it! Just another friggen leech trying to profit off of Michael's death! When will this stop? The house has been empty for a long time! Why is this asshole suing NOW? Sleezy Mo Fo!

So why have a photo of the San Gabriel Community Playhouse?

    18. 18

Damn, I know we're in a recession but these businesses and people need to learn how to bring in their OWN money instead of suing for unproven reasons!!!
