If Christina Fulton was an avid reader of our site, she would know that Nicolas Cage doesn't have any money for her to get her hands on! She can have one of the many, many, MANY houses he has up for sale to pay his debt.
Oh, wait, she already does! And now she's homeless too!
The story goes that while they were together, Nic bought his lady love and mother of his child a house. Little did she know when she tried to sell the house recently that Nic had never put the deed in her name. Technically, the property still belongs to him, which means technically he can sell it or lose it to the government to pay off his debt.
And that is exactly what is happening. In September, Christina was served with a 60-day notice to vacate her home. We aren't sure as to where she has been living since then, but according to the lawsuit, we know exactly how much she is asking for from Nic to cover this whole ordeal.
She's looking for a cool $13 million! You know, just some pocket change Nic Cage has lying around.
That number includes damages she sustained for giving up her acting career to care for their son, Weston, and to cover "mental, physical and emotional abuse" that she would not go into to detail about. She is also suing Nic's business manager, Sam Levin, for strapping her with more than $1 million in taxes as he didn't take care of the liability.
Since Nic is also suing Sam Levin, she has a good shot of getting her funds from him, but as for all the dough she is trying to squeeze out of Nic, well, we wouldn't hold our breathe if we were her.

This is such a sham. I did a movie with Christina Fulton after she had Cage's kid and they were no longer together. She did not give up her career to raise a child. She's talentless and could not get work.
That is so not right for him to do that but if the child is 18 then I don't see why she couldn't persue acting. Obvisouly she has a good paying job to keep the utilities and such kept up so she can just downsize and get her own home. It's rotten of him but nothing she can do about it.
Doesn't he make almost that much per film anymore though? How could he have no $? I can't imagine going through all of that money!

Wow what a mega swine loser coward. I remember him saying how this very young chic he married was the best thing to ever happen to him and now look. A spendaholic, abusive selfish coward. I know a guy like this and no matter how wonderful things seem in the beginning it's just a matter of time before their real demons come out. Usually once they have you. Cage just won the United Nations Humanitarian Award. He has given millions to charity in addition to a tremendous amount of his time. Hopefully this woman will not get a penny more from him.

Didn't she ask for copies of the paperwork? Didn't she hire an attorney when the deal was arranged? When she paid her taxes, didn't she notice that Nicolas Cage was identified on the bill as the owner of the property? And if she didn't pay them—if Cage took care of everything, and she never asked to look at a single piece of documentation ever—then shame on her for putting herself in such a precarious position.
Cage's money: easy come, quickly gone. He may be a good actor (never paid much attention to him) but he isn't very bright. Suffers from the disease of "spenditis."
