Colin Farrell Can Sing?

Colin co-stars in the indie flick, Crazy Hearts, starring Jeff Bridges as a "washed-up, alcoholic country singer who gets his life back on track thanks to a reporter" and love interest in the movie, Maggie Gyllenhaal.
And at the premiere in Los Angeles last night, producer Judy Cairo reveals:
"No one had heard him sing until he recorded with [composer and producer] T-Bone, but we assumed if he took the role that he probably could pull it off or he wouldn't have accepted the role. His agent didn't even know he could sing."
In one of the scenes, Bridges and Farrell share the stage together in Albuquerque, NM. Adds Cairo:
"They both have great voices. In fact, it was Colin's second day working with us and we brought him in and threw him onstage in front of 12,000 people and said, 'Sing!' He was a trouper. He did an amazing job."

that is NOT colin farrell. he lip synched. that is pretty obvious. the voice type doesn't even sound close to him, and it's too clear. there is no way.
Yes, Perez! Colin Farrell can sing…and he can dance too! He's been working since he did children's TV in Ireland when he was a teenager! I love him. I think Colin is golden! He got his life back on track and he's been a good father to his developmentally disabled son JAmes who is six. He just had another kid recently.

Lip Synched and his voice is auto-tuned. I would sound pretty good if they threw me up on a stage and set that up, too. Notice the big ass camera two inches from their faces professionally filming the whole thing.

Well yes, he can sing. In fact, before starting his acting career, he auditioned for the Irish boy band "Boyzone" (you know, the one with Ronan Keiting!?) but didn't make it (thankfully). Colin in a boy band? Can you imagine? lol But I thought you knew that, Perez…
I know a lot of people dont like country music, but for a girl who grew up on the stuff, Collin is REALLY good. I would buy his album if the songs kick ass. YAY!!

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! The name of the movie is "Crazy Heart." Singular. JESUS, PEREZ YOU CAN'T EVEN GET THE NAMES OF MOVIES RIGHT!
I'm not a country music fan but that was amazingly good. Catchy tune and both of them sound incredible. (Not to mention Colin still is damn fine, yum!)

Many of the music and songs were written by a wonderful musican from Austin by the name of Stephen Bruton. Sadly Stephen passed away from Cancer at the end of the movie in May. He was a kind man and wonderful talent.

dude…. cmon… you live in hollywood. you of all people should know that in films with music they don' record the singing and video together. theyre lipsyncing to a track that either someone recorded or they actually recorded. either way its not live. how do you think they shoot music videos?! haha they dont actually sing the song… yer all delayed
