If he's got bad acne, all that makeup he wears certainly make it worse. He seems to be wearing a lot more, though, than when he was on Idol. I don't remember him looking like a clown when he was on the show.

Stage make-up and working under heavy lighting is very bad for skin. Now that he can afford it, Adam should go to a really good dermatologist and get treated. They have "sanding" and other skin treatment methods to help people with skin like his. He'd probably have to disappear after his treatment because his face might be all red or peeling, from the resurfacing, but it is SO worth it if you can. My sister had it done. Of course, she isn't in heavy stage make up, but still…

Try Smoothbeam laser. Nothing worked for me and I mean NOTHING, until I had laser treatments. Basically, the laser targets your sebaceous glands and stops the over production of oil. It is very pricey, but Adam has the money.
I THINK THE FOCUS SHOULD BE ON TALENT NOT ACNE. I MEAN ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE FLAWS…BUT THEIR TALENT I.E. KEITH RICHARDS IS WHAT WE FOCUS ON..

I have one thing to say to people who suffer from acne or other skin-problems.
MOISTURIZE.
Just use a simple cheap daycream. It's nice when it also has uv protection or a bronzer in the mix.

Some people are blessed with perfect skin. It's really unfair to look down on people who struggle with acne. Bad acne is such a devastating experience. A beautiful face can turn monstrous, and you know it's scarring you forever, and you'll never be looked at the same way again. I had ONE bout of bad acne and my face was never the same. I'm glad that Lambert is having success despite acne… it shouldn't ruin one's life. He's a gorgeous man, and I identify with his problems.

Adam is beautiful always, only haters like to point out this about Adam, they act like he is not aware of it, which he is. Adam is brave and as someone with bad skin myself, it feels good to see someone be as out there as Adam and not care too much that his skin is not perfect like a doll's.
Its certainly not his only problem..
He is not only not talented but he is a fool as well. Why is he drawing attention to the fact that he has acne? Most people that have it, hate it and people that don't have it think it's because you don't wash your face properly or wear too much makeup. Acne is an incurable disease and can only be controlled by medicine and a dermatologist, particularly the kind he has got.
Perhaps there are dermatological things that can be done now that he has $$$$ to fix that problem. I feel bad that I once referred to him as pizza face. I am sorry.
