And we bet it was Jon who ruined it for them!
"They don't believe in Santa Claus," said a Gosselin insider. "Mady and Cara ruined it for the sextuplets and told them a few years ago that Santa wasn't real, and that their presents come from Mommy and Daddy."
And they're not keeping this information a secret!
"The sextuplets are the ones at school who tell the other kids there's no Santa Claus," the source continued.

oh shut up. There are many parents out there in the world that don't let their children believe in Santa Claus. And I can pretty much promise you that the children that don't believe in Santa go around telling other kids that Santa isn't real. So what if these reality TV show brats don't believe in Santa and tell others he doesn't exist. This type of thing happens all the time. My brother had the same problem. He told his kids that there is a Santa Claus and bring presents to all the children. Of course mommy and daddy do too. But if they stop believing in Santa, he stops coming and the only gifts they will get will be from mom and dad. The kids bought it because they didn't want to take any chances.

The older siblings had no business ruining it for their preschool siblings, but then Kate never did try to control them or even supervise them very much. She was too busy verbally abusing Jon and wiping her kitchen floor. As a parent, I would be TICKED if my kid went to PRESCHOOL and a classmate was telling them there is no Santa. It's one thing when they get to grade school, but preschool is still a time for believing. It figures that Kate doesn't care if they don't believe in Santa - she has always taken credit for everything good - now it's even the Christmas presents. What a Grinch.

It was definitely MADY. And, I agree, she needs a good spanking.
I figured it out at the age of five when presents from Santa had my mother's handwriting and wrapping paper. Kids are taught to share/tattle early on and bingo, you got kids crying that Santa is some fascist lie (no in those words, of course).

Mady and Cara are totally old enough to keep the secret–good kids do. I would be very mad if some kid told my little ones–it is one thing to tell your same age classmates but another to tell little kids. Good parents tell their kids that they can be in on the adult secret and not to blab. And I can tell you that almost all the kids I know believe in Santa until about 9 and then are unsure for a year or two…kids seem to believe longer these days. I think the idea of Santa is cute–why spoil innocence b4 you have to!

I don't see anything wrong with that. I have an year old niece and her friends at school were telling her there was no santa clause since she was 6. Kids will believe what they want to believe. It is only now that she is believing them. Before she told me she did not believe them. Many parents to bring their kids up believing in that because of their religous beliefs and those kids for sure tell their friends there is no santa.

Why would anyone tell their kids some stupid shit about Santa anyway? That whole thing is stupid. The biggest gift giving of the year and you tell them some stranger brought all their stuff to them? For free? No wonder so many kids end up ingrates. My parents didn't play the santa game and I came up understanding that they worked hard to provide for me and i was very appreciative of them. oh, and I was the kid that liked to bust the other kid's bubble about santa in school.
