Sued! Jay-Z's Club In Atlantic City Facing Lawsuit!
Jay-Z's 40/40 nightclub in Atlantic City was the site of a violent brawl between security personnel and club-goers and now one of them is suing mad!
Bryant Norwood was attacked and demanding "a substantial amount of money" from the club since he's claiming the attack was unprovoked. He also states that he suffered form "diverse personal injuries" and "permanent injuries."
Norwood's attorney says:
"These so-called security personnel are going to have to answer why Mr. Norwood was lying on the ground being kicked and why he was punched in the head as he tried to escape from them.
"The 40/40 Club is going to have to answer why they hired people like this to supposedly protect their patrons and maintain order in their establishment."
The other two men in the attack are also planning to file lawsuits of their own.
Not the best publicity for the club, Jay!

Lets hope some torte reform from the bench examines some of these claims.
Interesting question though, did Jay-Z hurt his case by firing the employees therefore admitting wrongs were done while they were employed by the clubs, or does he mitigate the damages against him and the club by being able to say those employees were fired.
I liked this story when I read it yesterday in the NY Post.

Good… this is actually a lawsuit I can say is worth going after.
I bet if B offered to take her top off for 1 minute in front of these plaintiffs they'd drop those lawsuits like they're hot!
I fucking hate poor ass blue collar security workers that get too rough and decide they want to fight someone…fucking bastards. And I've been to 40/40…its a decent place.
Glad they're getting sued…security does not need to do all that!!

It is damage control by Jay Z. You ever seen the video of him slapping some poor women for just taking his picture? It's on youtube. When it comes down to it he is evil in more ways than one.
