      The problems here in the US are very important to us but at the same time the problems in Darfur are worse. Everyday refugees have to wry how they will get food or if they will be killed. Unless you fully understand their problems dont say anything, it just makes you sound very uneducated. We can solve the health care problem while also helping others who desperately need help.

      Our economy is in the shitter, we need to focus on our country before we worry about other countries (not to sound bitchy, but…). Our priorities should be the unemployment rate, getting our asses out of this horrendous debt we are in (which should be pretty easy when we aren't at war) and getting health care figured out.

      I feel the tragedy of the Darfur region. I would like to see some more American aide reach the victims. I am all for the UN forces and a force made up of other African nations, or perhaps a force made up of the nations that formerly plundered the African continent through colonization (yes you European nations).
      I do not see a role here for the American military.

      yeah we have some issues with our economy and sure we need to figure out our health care plan, but around 300,000 people have been killed in Darfur, raped, babies killed, families displaced, villages burned. They are in dyer need of assistance, not just from the U.S but from every state across the globe.

Second of all, everyone is right about how we have our own problems right now in our country that we need to fix before we go off trying to solve everyone else's.
