The divorce filings between Eddie Cibrian and Brandi Glanville are getting reeeeeal ugly!

Cibrian, who cheated on his wife with now-girlfriend Leann Rimes last spring, is fighting Glanville's request to keep the kids to herself!
Eddie filed legal papers demanding the courts draw up a visitation schedule ASAP because his ex-wife has "refused" to make a schedule herself!
Cibrian also goes on to say since the end of their marriage, Glanville has become extremely aggressive and violent towards him - she even slashed the tired on his motorcycle!!!!
"In her rage she has resorted to physically attacking me, mentally abusing me, vandalizing my motorcycle, speaking badly in front of me in front of our minor children and talking to tabloid magazines about me," Eddie noted in the divorce papers.

As soon as divorce and angling for court advantage starts, I really don't trust either party to tell the truth about much of anything sometimes. This could be nasty disinfo to use the press to stack stuff against her; and if she did any of this stuff, he should see that she's hurt, angry and betrayed, and maybe he ought to do something decent about that to calm the waters. He does have some responsibility toward what's happened and the resulting feelings.
A humble acknowledgement of his part in straying along with an upright apology might go a long way towards smoothing the transition for the split and the futures for the kids. He'd have a far better chance of her accommodating visits without too much hassle if he came at it like a gentlemen who took responsibility for what happened and was truly sorry about how it turned out.

Slashing someone's tires is illegal and dangerous. Marriages end sometimes. In no way do I condone cheating, but this woman / Brandy is clearly disturbed and unstable. She has two children - two BOYS - and she's behaving like an undignified lunatic. What's worse than her acts of psychotic violence is her attempt to alienate their children from their father. The pain that will cause those boys is irreparable. The WORST thing you can do to your kids is demonstrate hatred toward their other parent. Not only will you cause them terrible hurt, but they will end up hating you when they are adults and have real perspective. Again, I don't support adultery, but this marriage was likely over, and at least Eddie has stayed quiet in the press, which is the right thing to do for his kids.
