We may have thought we had found the Grade A president this country needed when we elected President Obama into office last year, but even he knows that isn't so.
While sitting down with Oprah Winfrey for her Christmas at the White House special, President Obama decided to grade his work in his first year in office as a "solid B+."
We'll give him that,but surely nothing more. And before you start hating, he agrees with us!

he came into office with this country in shambles. he isn't superman and you can't expect him to fix that much in a year, especially when trying to create a healthcare bill that people refuse to give a chance because they're too dumb to try and understand it (without the help of the always unbiased fox news -_-) and want so bad for him to fuck up. the economy is perfectly capable of fixing itself, anyone who's taken a basic econ class knows that, and anyone who pays attention knows the recession is over and unemployment will soon start to drop (again, basic economics).
i'm not saying he's perfect by any means, but just because the war isn't over (which is kind of impossible, you can't just pull everyone out after being there for a few years causing total chaos), unemployment isn't at 2%, and healthcare isn't perfect doesn't mean he isn't doing his job. The problem is that he will never be able to satisfy everyone because a lot of people have already decided that they don't like him and he's full of shit and they will never look at him in any other way.
He could cure cancer and people would still find a way to criticize the guy.

I think that is a fair grade. I do not agree with a troop surge, but he said he was going to do that in the campaign. Not that I blame Clinton OR Bush for it. It was neither their fault. ANYONE that knows ANYTHING about the economy during the time know it was the over-inflated tech stocks that caused this mess. It was also what caused the 90s economic boom. When the tech stocks crashed, everything started going to shit.
