Wow!

Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi was punched HARD in the face yesterday after his rally in Milan. The Premier was signing autographs when a 42-year-old man holding a small statue socked him right in the jaw!

After his attack, he was quickly hustled to his car, but insisted on returning to face the masses again to prove he was not badly injured.

We beg to differ! Look at his face! (above)

      I'm in Roma right now and no, he wasn't punched. The statue was thrown at him by a 42 yr old man with a history of mental illness. Berlusconi is still in the hospital with a fractured nose and two broken teeth and a headache.

      I really do. But all that aside… Silvio Berlusconi is a joke, a corrupt politician with no morals whatsoever, an embarassment to his country and actually to all men. And I am SURE that he only showed his face to the people to show off and make everyone see what a tough guy he is… what a martyr!

      I saw the video yesterday on an Italian channel and it was horrible to watch :/ This si the reason why I'm not a fan of politics because people end up hating each other. Berlusconi ended with 2 teeth missing, a broken nose and other scratches and bruises.

      I feel ashamed by the comments from fellow italians saying they support him. As an Italian i do not support him and as anti-violence as i can be, the man only got what he deserved. He cannot go around making our country look like a JOKE to the whole world and then expect to be always adored by everyone.       Berlusconi acts like a jack ass, but you don't smash the face of any 73 year old. They suffer tremendously and it takes a long time to heal at that age, if they ever do heal properly. I even thought I heard he lost some teeth. I hope they throw the book at assault and battery guy. He read he whacked him with some statue, so I say the dude can't be quite right in the head to do such a thing.
