      I never saw the original so I can't compare. I think the edits were a little too quick.
      I think her body is smoking.
      Vocally she sounds nothing like the "early" days, way to much a product of studio production. Robotic is the best adjective for it.
      This is also magnified by your placing it so close to Leona Lewis' new song. Although the styles are apples and oranges it is clear who has the vocal talent.

      I couldn't get through the first full minute of the song. It is so autotuned, it is like a monotone robot. She looks very pretty but basically all she can do is lipsynch and strut her stuff. At least in the beginning of her career her videos had something interesting going on, this was just monotonous.
