Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner were spotted enjoying a late breakfast at the Pancake Pantry in Nashville on Monday afternoon. It seem that right after his SNL hosting gig, TayTay hopped a plane to attend T-Swizzle's 20th birthday party at her family home.
