Canadian doctor Anthony Galea is currently under investigation in the United States by the FBI on suspicion of handing out performance-enhancing drugs to HUNDREDS of athletes.
Anthony was originally arrested back in October while crossing the US/Canadian border after Actovegin, a drug extracted from calf’s blood, was found in his bag.
Guess he didn't know using, selling or importing Actovegin is illegal in the United States, eh?
Galea is also being investigated by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for smuggling, advertising and selling unapproved drugs as well as criminal conspiracy.
Basically the dude is fucked.
And guess who just so happens to be one of his clients many?
Maybe that's why he was banging so many girls?
The adulterer was treated by the doc in February in March of this year after his camp was worried about his slow recovery from knee surgery. Galea reportedly flew to Orlando 4 times to see Tiger.
When the NY Times contacted Wood's (busy) people, Mark Steinberg, of I.M.G., responded in an e-mail message: “I would really ask that you guys don’t write this? If Tiger is NOT implicated, and won’t be, let’s please give the kid a break.”
That's a suspicious response, but at least it gives them something else to worry about besides another whore, right?

Wow. When it rains, it pours. Sad thing is, golf might go away w/o Tiger, and with all this shit coming out about him, he might stay away for good.
I think we should leave the guy alone, let him deal with his demons. His wife is probably going to divorce him, as well she should. But, I would like to see Tiger back on the golf course, doing what he does best…which I think is playing golf, although I'm one of the unlucky few who haven't slept with him.

Judging from his recent activities, Tiger is probably narcissistic enough to believe he could get away with it. And not judging from I.M.G.'s response to just this story, but several others he's had several 'handlers' that have kept him feeling like he's been immune from any scandal. Look how long it took him to be discovered cheating on his wife, why wouldn't he cheat at his sport?

whats up with the eh? and first of all Actovegin it is not approved for use in BOTH Canada or the United States and is imported from Austria. Oh and another thing, it’s not a banned substance, the World Anti-Doping Agency is closely monitoring its use

The doctor that Tiger used to help him recover from Knee surgery last year is currently under investigation because he was caught at the Canadian border with HGH and some other stuff in his bag. This doctor apparently has a technique called Blood Spinning which apparently Tiger used to help him recover. It is a procedure where his own blood is spun and then reinjected into the knee to speed up recovery. TIGER WAS TESTED ON THE TOUR LAST YEAR AND NO HGH OR ANYTHING SHOWED UP. AGAIN, HE WAS TESTED BEFORE AND DURING THE PGA TOUR! So everyone will take this where they want it to go. I believe that he didn't do anything illegal but others will now think he won using drugs. Whatever. . . This is a very sad day….I would absolutely believe the PGA would find that part out. I do not believe he was on steroids for any of his wins PERIOD! Plus this dude has been playing Golf since he was 3 years old! Obviously he would be the best and doesn’t really need to cheat! Tiger only used this doctor for short period of time when he was injured, this investigation (mark my word) will prove that Tiger is innocent. After all there are 100 other athletes involved. But Tiger as a person is a scumbag and now forever will be.

As usual your title is misleading. He is in no way, shape, or form in the middle of a doping scandal, nor has he been implicated.
The Canadian Dr. is a Sports Medicine Pioneer as the source article mentions so it is possible that Tiger could see him multiple times without any drugs involved.
Its pretty common to have professional athletes use banned substances to speed up injury recovery. Some get caught, some dont.
