Courtney Love Gets A Restraining Order - From Her Daughter!!!
What the hell is going on with Courtney Love?
We often joke she's crazy, but she's really got to be nuts for her own daughter to issue a restraining order against her!
Last Friday, Courtney lost legal control of her daughter Frances Bean Cobain, due to a "long period of unstable conduct".
Frances's legal guardians are now Kurt Cobain's mother, Wendy O'Connor, and his sister, Kimberly Dawn Cobain. The guardianship was set due to a "long period of unstable conduct."
The ordeal then led Court to publish some crazy rants on her blog and even bashing Frances online.
But perhaps the most disturbing thing of all is the fact that a judge has now issued a temporary restraining order prohibiting Courtney from having ANY contact with Frances.
WTF!
Another hearing will take place in early January to make the restraining order permanent.
So sad. We can't even begin to image what was going on to force Frances to leave and get the restraining order.
Wonder how Courtney will try to spin this news on her blog now.

how horrible that a child has to take out a restraining order against the one person in her life that she should be able to trust the most to care for her. someday courtney is going to look back on her life and realize that every single person she came into contact with was wounded through knowing her. she leaves disaster in her wake everywhere she goes. she's human poison.

OMG :0 i feel bad for Frances ..Kurt would have never wanted this poor guy had no idea how her life would turn out living with a psycho mom.
Why is this a shock? She is an unstable speed freak and everybody who has ever seen her on camera knows it. The ONLY reason that her daughter wasn't taken away from her years ago is because she is famous.

Frances is just doing what Kurt never got a chance to do..restraining order. Im sure Frances was raised mostly be nannies anyway, so it's no big loss..good for her for getting away from that psycho.
When Frances wrote that rant against Ali Lohan I called it right away — something was going on in her life and she took her anger out at an easy target. Then came reports of Courtney trying to get in on Frances' trust-fund with the excuse that they were just "taking it to another bank" or something. Shit's been happening for a long time. Something is seriously going on here.

Wow..I didnt realise that Courtney ever had a "long period of stable conduct"…that said…we are only hearing one side here..im a mom who has a son who had a large inheritance, and i can tell you that as he got closer to 17 and 18, he wanted the money..to do stupid wasteful things with..and acted out when he could not get it…perhaps this is a case of Frances not liking her moms rules..wouldnt be out of the question for alot of teens…or….most likely…her mom is being unstable…the latter does seem the most likely in this case..

Listen, I have it on good authority that FBC is acting nothing as an entitled brat. MONEY is what's causing the schism between FB and her mom, who i agree, has her share of issues. Sorry, but Court was married to Kurt, and as fucked up as she is, he left some important property in her care. FBC is, of course, aware of this and i see a giant clusterfuck in the future. RIP Kurt, you never intended on any of this shit, but here we are.
