Judge Orders Lindsanity To Step Up Booze Education!

Although she's currently "in compliance" with the terms of her DUI probation, La Loca was ordered by L.A. Superior court to escalate the rate of her alcohol education program classes in order to finish by her July 15, 2010 deadline.

"I am going to order [that] this has to be done. It's been long enough," said Judge Marsha Revel on Tuesday.

Lindsay must now begin "attending every single week" in order to complete her six months!

"This has to be a top priority whether she has a job somewhere else or doesn't or something else comes up. This has to be done once a week." the judge continued. "Right now, the other things will take second place and this will take first place," Revel said.

She's due back in court on February 18th to assess her progress!

Lots of luck to you, drunky!

I want to know who the hell thinks it's ALCOHOL this girl has a problem with…
She needs to go into DRUG rehab and then FOSTER home to find some responsible parents who can help her NOT join her in her insanity…

      Re: mathisol
No disrespect … but I'm a bit confused. Lindsay is a legal adult, and is responsible for her own choices and actions, yes? Her parents may be idiots, but Lindsay is what, 22 or 23 years old, right? How are they or any other parental types relevant here?
      .
Seems the girl had her shit more together when she DID have some parental control. Now that she's of age, she's a mess. Not saying her parents did a good job then or now, but …
      .
She needs some good counseling and some good influence. But nothing's going to help her until she gets her act together and decide she wants to turn her life around. You can lead that horse to water …

Miss Lohan has always been only to eager to embrace education. She shutters to think what her life might have become without the intervention of The Justice System.

How is she supposed to go to classes once a week in El Lay, when she's in India saving the children?

      Re: La Garse
It was a figure of speech, meaning that if she had a decent upbringing by decent parents she would not of turned out the way she did…
Look at her sister, she started flaunting her shit as soon as she could walk pretty much…
She needs parents in her life…. NOT hers, new ones !!!!!
She's still young enough to be helped…
      Look at Britney's parents …
They walked in her house and scooped her little ass right up and smacked her ass right back into shape and how old was she ( I think 25 )….
Loca might be too old for foster home but you never know, They might take her ass in .. anything is possible it seems…

I'd say she already knows quite a bit about alcohol

Good for that Judge, this could finally be that push to help get this girl's life back in order.
