Yeah, sure the cover is nice. She sings it "exactly" the way GAGA sings it. Check out GAGA's acoustic version on Youtube. She could of at least put her own vocal spin on it. You cannot upgrade something that is already perfect. *FAIL*

Why bother to hit the streets and develop sources for gossip, when I can go to Y o u t u b e and post three Lady Gaga themed clips.
BTW Leo Salonga can more aptly be described as a recording artist or Filipino singing star but Broadway Diva is stretching things too far for a woman who has really only originated one role (though well awarded and praised for it) on Broadway, as well as one revival and being one of dozens to step into roles in Les Miz.

There's a flagon of hobos under a bridge somewhere, caked in dried vomit & shit & the general detrius of a homeless life. They have a small transistor radio that's pushing out a tinny sounding Lady Gaga song (it doesn't matter which one - they all sound exactly the same), all the knobs are missing so no one can change the station & all are too drunk to care. One by one they begin to dance & sing although their limbs & throats no longer work as nature intended. None move in simpatico with the other, the music or the bitch cvnt life that dragged them here…

Re: ap076 – Only originated one role? Wow–Julia Murney only originated one FAILED show (Lennon) but she is no less a Broadway diva. Lea not only was Miss Saigon, but revived Flower Drum Song. Her spins as Eponine and Fantine (which I was lucky enough to see first hand) were more than mere replacements!! Hello, no one's Eponine is better than Lea (Salonga's) and the only Fantine that holds a candle to hers was Patti Lupone herself.
