No More Guns For Jon!
Jon and Kate Gosselin's divorce will be finalized within the next 24 hours with the decree being issued today or tomorrow.
But Jon had a separate court dealing today going up against a former lawyer who is suing him for non-payment, which is NOT surprising seeing as how the guy is broke!
But it was during this case that a judge entered the order that Jon is no longer allowed to bring any firearm onto the marital property. Kate's lawyer Mark Momjian was also in court to represent her interests in the case.
The order comes after photos surfaced of Jon firing a hand gun on his and Kate's Wernersville, PA property.
Yikes!
Jon is one of the last people who should have a gun with 8 children running around that house!
Real responsible parenting, douchebag!

Well, I'm not really one to be all gung-ho about guns, however, I do understand that it's a person's right to own guns, whether they have children in their home or not.

I am a complete and total supporter of the second amendment. I am licenced to carry a concealed weapon, and I do so. However, the caveat here is Jon Gosselin is a drunk and a dog and when a man is thinking with a pickled brain or with his dick common sense goes out the window. Jon may not be the most responsible gun owner.

With that many children, that wack little attention seeking Mady, and the obvious emotional stressors in that household I agree that a firearm in that home is not the best idea.

TLC probably paid a fortune to install top of the line home security in the home they gave the Gosselins anyhow, so there is probably no need for a gun when Jon is home, and when Kate is home if Steve can get out of her bed fast enough he is the "bodyguard."
