Details of the divorce agreement between Kate Gosselin and dirtbag Jon are starting to be released and so far, we're pretty giddy about the results.
According to the ruling made this afternoon, Jon has been saddled with a huge child support payment. We're hearing it's at 5 figures a month!
But here is the best part: A year ago, this wouldn't have been a problem. Jon had his money from the TLC show and some endorsement deals through his kids. Now, he has NOTHING, not even the ability to whore himself out for cash! TLC shut that operation down right quick during their legal proceedings!
How ironic!
Oh, and it gets better!
Not only does Jon also have to pay back EVERY CENT of the $235,000 that he withdrew from his joint account with Kate (it actually already got deducted from the settlement made today), but the arbitrator ruled AGAINST any spousal support!
Ha! Suck on that one, Jon! You just got it up the ass with something hard and bristly!
We couldn't be more pleased!
On a side note, because it is supposed to be all about the kiddies, under the terms of their divorce, Kate has primary custody and Jon gets visitation. We hope the kids enjoy their trips with Daddy to the Manhattan street corners, begging for spare change!

Please…..child support is based on income. If he has no income, he can't pay. I am a divorced mother of 2 and I have to say that I often disagree with child support rulings. I do not hold my ex to what the court ruled…..if I did my kids would be staying with him in a cardboard box when they visited. I would rather take less $$$ and have their father live a comfortable life that they can enjoy as well. An just a reminder, Kate is no victim. I think Jon should sue her for emotional abuse and say that is why he went a little crazy and lost his way.

Well, this divorce settlement speaks for itself. We don't actually know what was going on, but I was definitely Team Kate the entire team, and clearly the judge agrees with me! Good news for this family so they can move forward. Hopefully Jon will quit being a fame monger and start being a father again. Also, hopefully Kate will treat her next husband a lot better. She was so nasty to him. Doesn't excuse his behavior, but still…

This was a fair judgment by the PA courts. Kate has admitted she was hard on Jon. Kate was herself camera or no camera. Jon did his yelling when the cameras were off and said smart ass put downs to Kate under his breath on the show. I recall one show where Jon told Kate to get the stick out of her ass.People did not notice Jon's tongue on the show. Now the world knows why kate was frustrated with him. He is a DUMB self centered asshole that resented Kate and the kids for the work his lazy ass had to do to help Kate care of the children. Jon has repeated many times it was Kate's fault they had 6 more children. Jon despised Kate for that. Jon does not deserve the love of those children.

I agree with LauraLu and Someday. We don't know the whole story, we only know what the camera shows us. I'm not saying Jon's a saint, but anybody who watched even a little bit of that show could see that she treated Jon with no respect whatsoever. If that's how she treated him on camera, I can only imagine how she treated him in private.
There are no winners in this situation; only 8 children who now belong to a broken home and whom we can only pray that they aren't permanently scarred from this experience.
