The Spellings Are Spending The Holidays Together

Good for them — especially the kiddies!

Tori Spelling and mother Candy Spelling have reconciled their years-long feud and will be spending the holidays together as a family, "and that's the most important thing," says Tori. She continues:

"We're very lucky. It's just a blessing that it happened around the holidays. And it just makes me think, 'Wow, it's an amazing thing and it happened this year and it's just the best gift we could get.'"

Sounds like they're having fun getting ready for Christmas as well. Tori says, "I love traditions. I love baking and cooking and decorating. Every day, we're making cookies!"

Just make sure you're eating some too, sweetie!

Tori will show her Mom how it should be done. I predict a Candy epiphany. Eventually. I hope they hang in there long term, with a discussed and outlined promise to always reconnect no matter what after a brief cooling off period of so many days if things get testy. It's ok to disagree, as adults. Good on them.

They are Jewish-but for whatever reason when she was growing up- her family also celebrated Christmas- I guess because they rich enough to indulge their children they did so.

I don't know what religion Tori's kids are since Dean is/was Catholic.

Yeah! I am so happy they have set their feuds aside. Tori is a mother to a beautiful daughter and I'm sure she loves the relationship the two of them share, and that's why she now wants the same with her own mother. Good for Tori and Candi!

I'm really happy to hear this. Tori obviously needs her moms approval and love. Hopefully this will be the catalyst in getting Tori healthy again and focus on what is important(family, not self) Tori seemed to be doing a lot of self loathing and that was because of her mother, now maybe they can heal and be whole again. Whats best for the children is everyone getting along. AND EVERYONE WHO IS CALLING THEM UGLY
