According to One Life to Live head writer Ron Carlivati, the on-screen couple of Kyle (Brett Claywell) and Fish (Scott Evans) will be getting their own love scenes!
The executive producers and big wigs over at ABC have reportedly already signed off on the scene, which will be the "first gay male sex scene shown on screen in daytime" ever!!
ABC's really trying to make up for the big ol' mess they created with Glambert, aren't they???

glambert did it in a raunchy way, which was ok btw… whereas OLTL is probably doing it in more of a romantic way between an established couple. it's different.

It's wrong for Adam Lambert to do what he did during primetime, but it's okay for two men to kiss and perform a sex scene during daytime tv? Next time Lambert does a show for ABC he should just sing wearing nothing but a studded condom while having ALL of his male dancers form a line behind him so that they may take turns banging him doggystyle. That should teach ABC to take a tiny incident, make it into a catastrophe, blacklist the guy, and then do EXACTLY what they were lambasting Lambert for doing! In other words, they put him through this headache for nothing, right?

If OLTL would stop doing these publicity stunts and actually cultivate a meaningful storyline, they wouldn't be bound for cancellation.

OLTL is easily the best written & well acted daytime drama. "Kish" is one of my favorite couples on OLTL ever. Between theitr interrupted dates & Nick getting put in the hospital they deserve a night of lovin'. I'm excited & proud of ABC for allowing it.
They should now have Adam sing in the night club on oltl. Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black!!! Adam is great!!

I saw that show with Kish. It was tasteful. But beware skanky Stacy tricked Fish into having sex. She drugged him and now she is pregnant with his baby passing him off as Rex her sister beau. Yeah, this is going to get messy there is a real story here. Like what happens when Fish finds out he is a dad! Talk
about drama and this has been like a year in the makng. They do have a lot
of appearances by different singers, American Rejects was on last week. Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dog, etc. I don't see why Adam can't make an appearence just for music sake plus it does not hurt that he can act too.

The gay storylines are what made me stop watching As The World Turns and Guiding Light…along with a lot of other people. Where are they now?? Both CANCELLED!!! Mark my word…this will be the beginning of the end for OLTL.

I don't think it's necessary for you to cast aspersions on the people who create OLTL for something the suits at ABC did. They are breaking ground in daytime tv. I think it's great.

ACTUALLY, Passions on NBC had a gay sex scene a few years ago between Chad and some other guy. So it's not a first, that fact needs to be straightened out.!
Been eatching it since the storyline started. They already had a very sexy, steamy scene a week or two ago which was very hot and very natural looking. About time…No jumping shark.. The writing and how they handle this storyline has been excellent for a soap..

One Life To Live is the only intelligent and well written soap left on the air. It is a shame that it may be cancelled. It is very urbane, funny, and heartfelt.

i've watched this show my whole life and love it. i'm ok with the show having gay storylines but I can't handle the makeout/love scenes. i had to forward through it…it was that or barf! i know the actor playing fish is really gay and i only hope the other guy is too.
Not even this could get me to watch a soap opera.

Actually, they have been establishing a meaningful relationship between the two gay characters for quite some time. It's actually a sweet love story and they are doing a fine job. I'm no spring chicken, and have no issues with anyone. I supported Adam Lambert on AI all along. But even I thought he went a little too far with his performance that night. Been through the 50s and 60's and equal rights and women's rights, etc. Sometimes you just have to take it slower, not be so in your face. If Adam choses to be that way, fine, but he's not going to be mainstream any time soon. He needs to make some choices in how he wants to be perceived and then stick with them.

This storyline has been in the works for months now.
This is not the first gay storyline OLTL has had before.. They had several in the past… This just happens to be one of the one they are exploring more in
depth.
It's a shame–they are the best looking guys on the show–but the love scene's make me sick—-your boyfriend Adam had nothing to do with it–It was going on before he made a fool of himself at the awards show

they are so cute together, I think it's funny that Scott Evans, who plays Oliver Fish, is actually gay in real life but plays the shy one. they look so amazing together, I hope I can have a relationship like them one day, I came out of the closet to my cousin yesterday after watching the videos of them. There needs to be more gay coupling and gay relationships shown on t.v..because gay people ARE out there, are living together and ARE having sex in relationships and that needs to be reflected on television if these producers want to target more demographics. Simple as that.
I love the characters of Kyle and Fish on OLTL. I can't wait for this to happen! I love that people are embracing these characters and this storyline. It's a giant step toward acceptance and I for one love it!

The sex scenes in soap operas barely ever show anything at all. They show the concept of it and we the viewers fill in the blanks. The performance that Lamebert gave was completely inappropriate as IT WASN'T PART OF THE ORIGINAL PLANNING. It was completley rude and simulated oral sex, and oral copulation. I guarantee that there will be nothing close to this on a soap opera. You have obviously never seen one in your life so please don't waste your brain cells in commenting on something that is obviously over your head.
