Why is everyone freaking out about him not wanting an autopsy? I've declared dozens of patients dead, and it's the family's RIGHT to have or not have an autopsy. Only 1 patient's family requested one out of all the patients I've seen. The coroner's involved here, as they would be for most young ppl who die unexpectedly, which changes things. But, it's her husband's choice. Get off his back.

People. I can say ten years ago I had a friend die. For three months I got involved in drugs. Horrible drugs. I worked at a nightclub so it was always given to me. Anyway I ODed twice. I can say I took a bath with warm water both times. I have no doubt her and her husband took drugs all night. I just know. The second time I realized I needed to clean up my act. As a nursing student, I witnessed an autopsy. I would not my loved one having one done unless someone else had a hand in their death. For his sake. I hope that is the only reason.

so sad, she was really beautiful and i know her family is all torn up over this. her poor parents…no one should have to bury their child!
it's a jewish tradition that if a loved one dies they bury them within 24 hours without an autopsy…he's jewish

oh, for God sakes–no one WANTS a autopsy unless it's absolutely necessary. even the christians!
perhaps because he doesnt want to have someone he loves cut up and invaded by random people?
