Brittany's Hubby Was A Bad Influence Says Producers!
We're not happy to hear this!
We've learn that Brittany Murphy's husband may not be as innocent as he is trying to make himself out to be! Though rumors of drug use have circulated about Brittany, now there are reports that Simon Monjack is a drunk and was a bad influence on Brittany's career.
We've learned that about a month ago, Brittany was up for a role in the movie The Caller, but lost it due to her husband's drunken interference. According to producers on the flick, Simon came to set "inebriated," which was disruptive for the crew. He was asked to leave, but Brittany defended him, so then they were both asked to leave.
Instances like these were apparently not uncommon as other producers from different projects had the same to say about Simon. One producer referred to him as a "con man,” while another labeled him a "dangerous guy." There is even some speculation that Simon only married Brittany to stay in the country as his visa was about to expire!
Could it have been Simon that held back Brittany from her career and perhaps even enabled her addictions?
We wouldn't be surprised! What husband doesn't want his wife to have an autopsy?
One who might know what killed her?!

Perez, do a little research, both Britney and her Husband were Jewish and it is against the religion to have autopsies done in most cases there are a couple exceptions such as, where foul play is involved they are allowed, which there wasn't here, if there is an epidemic and an autopsy can help in the containment and research of the epidemic, obviously not the case here, and finally if the diseased is donating organs for someones IMMEDIATE benefit they are allowed. But they are seriously frowned upon and in most cases termed forbidden. Judaism says the human body is the "sanctified receptacle of the soul". Therefore even after the soul is gone it must be treated with honor. Perhaps thats why the husband didn't want a autopsy.

This actually makes a lot of sense. There was a period when it looked like her career was on a serious upward trajectory (Sin City, she sang on Paul Oakenfold's album and there was talk of her own album on the way, etc), and then suddenly this guy shows up and it's like she stopped being relevant overnight. Although I suppose the real question here is whether he was the source of her problems, or her involvement with a guy like this was just a symptom of already-present issues. It's easy to throw blame at people who were close after someone self-destructs so spectacularly as this, but for all we know she may have destroyed herself anyway without this guy's help.
Of course, this is assuming the toxicology report isn't going to come back and say that it was something besides her drug use that killed her.

Also, I dont think it really says much about Brittany's character to see that she married a drunk, years before she met that guy she was obsessed with the idea of marriage and after two failed attempts before her dearly beloved, I'm sure the poor girl was beginning to wonder if she was ever going to have a family of her own. However, I think she was sucked into the relationship just a bit judging by his pre marriage past; he had a very huge amount he owed to the courts for his negligence with his visa and a history of drunk disturbances. According to Orthodox autopsies can be performed not for desecration of the corpse but only if doing so will gain knowledge that may help others or to contribute to life-saving medical knowledge. I am a lowly receptionist, not anybody important. I have met Simon Monjack twice through my work. Every time I have ever seen him he has treated me respectfully and extremely kind. I used to believe everything I read about him until he actually came through my door one day. He spoke very sweetly of his wife, who I never met. He never seemed inebriated or creepy. He was just a nice man. I think it is horrific of you to make claims about a man you have never met. I can't even imagine the pain he is feeling. You are beyond hateful. I think she had a very serious eatting disorder. There is pictures of her in ,In Touch Weekly, just last week, where they are comparing her current weight, to her wieght before her 3 year absence . She really looked sick, and very unhealthy. Anorexia kills a lot of young people, but when you put those kind of drugs in her…..Death would be the only answer.

As someone who has lost a person very important to myself, i can see why an autopsy might seem like a scary thing to some people so closely after losing a loved one.
