People must really love watching all the fake Kardashian drama!
This past Sunday 4.2 million viewers tuned in for the second episode, making it the most-watched telecast in E! history.
The record was originally held by the 2002 premiere of The Anna Nicole Show.
So we're guessing E! will continue to bombard us with terribly airbrushed promo photos for another year or at least Kim Kardashian gets knocked up, married or both.
Momager Kris Jenner is probably putting that ball in motion already.

Oh this show is completely offensive and I would think a bad example for young girls were it not that no one takes it or these women seriously. People watch for the train wreck not because they think these women have it all or are it all. The Mom is the most offensive and the girls are not even attractive and when they speak, ugh. I've watched them a few times and always wonder how they managed to be so old with so few life skills. They seem so clueless about basic things, needy and dependent. And so young. I think my 12 year old sister is more worldly. But not as skanky.

I watched (nothing else on) and there's a bunch of bad acting, but it's good. One thing I did notice was how unexcited Kourtney was when she found out she was having a boy…emotionless.
Never watched an episode and I can be a reality show whore.
The numbers are amazing the are higher than the entire CW line-up (including Vampire Diaries) and also higher than Leno. Seeming no great feat but this is just a cable network, and not one of the big five.
It is worth mentioning the competition was mostly repeats that may have pushed some business/viewers their way.
