It's a scary day for anyone who frequents the Pacific Coast Highway!
The Hills star Stephanie Pratt got her driver's license back Monday after she lost her privileges in October because of a DUI suspicion.
Look at her smiling! No one is that happy after leaving the DMV!
Maybe she's drunk again? And she's going to get back into the car?!

cos shes smiling she must be drunk? hell id smile too - if the DMV is anything like iv heard id be happy to leave it too! im backing this girl up on this one. she was barely over the limit and cops just picked her up cos she was famous and had a reputation. if she was a complete nobody they would have just waved her on, decided it wasnt worth the bother as it would never go to court.

Ah, come on, she was barely at the limit and she immediately pled guilty and went to rehab. She actually did the honorable thing, and besides, she lost all of that weight and looks great. I'll take a skinny drunk anytime.
Well considering she was not found guilty of a DUI it would be hard to be drunk again at least in the way you are alluding to. I have seen my fair share of drunk people but I do not remember any of them looking as alert as she is. Hmmm mayber Perez is a hater.
