No reconciliation between father and son this holiday.
The stars of the hit show, American Chopper, are fighting amongst themselves this Christmas with a nasty lawsuit
Paul Teutul, Sr. is suing his son, Paul M. Teutul, claiming they had a deal in which he could buy back his boy's stock in their motorcycle company, Orange County Choppers Holdings, Inc.
Paul Sr. sent his kid a letter saying he was now exercising this option, but according to the lawsuit filed, Paul Jr. isn't giving in that easily.
Now, Daddy is suing his kin for over $1 million in damages along with demanding an order from the judge forcing his son to hand over his stock.
A family torn apart over money - a tale as old as time.

I can't believe how he treats his sons, He should be ashamed of himself his own freaking sons, he wasn't the best father when they were younger and then jis sons designs sold bikes, and along came the tv show, there was his ticket, then he was friends with the boys once again JR built that company/brand I watch the show to see what JR and Mikey are up to and fast foward thru the OCC crap, Sr can't design a bike, Jason Pool does, and SR thinks he is adding his "expertise" and its always old school old school this old man SR is old with a fugly mustache

It's so sad that they can't get along. I used to watch the show and be semi-amused at their arguments, but it has gone way too far. I hope that they can mend the rift.

I saw that coming a long time ago….. Dysfunctional relationship with his sons!!! I wonder what his wife has to say about the way he treats her sons….These proves that screaming and yelling and violence is not the way to race children's !!! And sadly MONEY change people no matter who!!!
