This is a little extreme!
While leaving a Starbucks in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, Katie Holmes bodyguard threatened to spray the paparazzi if they didn't get away from her.
Seriously!?
Luckily the guard didn't pull the trigger because if he did, it would have surely affected the innocent crowd of holiday shoppers and children.
We think Tom needs to have a little chat with his wife's security team if he doesn't want to get sued for misuse of a self defense weapon.

I dont think its extreme. So paps are VERY AGRESSIVE and need to be put in there place… hell some of them need a good beating or to be hit by a car or two.
She was being prevented from moving freely. That's not mis-use!! I'd get rather POed if I was trying to get a cup of coffee and a band of thugs kept inching me backwards… I didn't have so much sympathy, still had some when it was their personal homes with 400x zoom or when they ram others cars, until I saw that picture from the "other side" with Britney Spears, where roughly 100 cameras were squished into 20 square feet of space, less than 4 feet from her while she slowly tried to walk into a store. (All before she went nuts for a bit, so I can only imagine after she did…). Or the overhead chopper video CNN showed of more than 30 cars breaking all sorts of traffic laws (not stopping at lights, driving in turn lanes to out race each other, funneling down roads hitting other cars and more..) and creating accidents just to follow her in her car.

I know famous people put themselves in the public eye so obv they are gonna get attention but for goodness sake the woman is getting a coffee. I believe the paps should take as many photos as they like at publicity events, but it should be law that when a celeb is having downtime or out with their kids the press shouldnt be allowed near them. They should all be peppered.
