On Friday morn, wacktor Charlie Sheen got all Scrooge and was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, for a reported incident of domestic violence against his wife, Brook Mueller.
Sheen booked for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief.
However, a rep for the actor says, "Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion."
Charlie is being held with no bond, and he will remain in jail until his court appearance due to Colorado law which mandates a protection order between those arrested for domestic violence and their victims.
His ex, Denise Richards, must be having a very Merry Christmas!

I don't want to bash Charlie Sheen, because he has plenty of redeeming traits. It's not a happy thing for anyone when relationships take a dive the wrong way. I will say that the discrepancy between what a man thinks should happen in a relationship and what actually happens can cause certain types of alpha male tempers to flare to the point where they do illegal things, out of a lack of control, lack of alternative relationship coping skills (plan B's, C's, or D's) and thus out of sheer frustration simply due to lack of a better or well thought out and intelligent plan. The trick is cooling your expectations, (God laughs at man's plans) or 'the shoulds', and try also considering hers, as she is definitely one half of the equation. You can't control people to suit your expectations. Let things unfold and try being accepting, respectful and making it work another way. Oh, and you can't expect to have your cake and eat it too, if you know what I mean. Good women worth having just will not put up with that, and they will rebel; and you will get angry. Control the damaging knee jerk impulses. Tomorrow is always another day.
