OMG!!!! Pulling a switch blade on his wife??? She needs to get the hell out of that relationship! Don't bother with counseling, because he is beyond help. He is crazy!
You know if he did that to Brooke, he did that kind of shit to Denise too!

Drunken plea? She doesn't sound drunk. I know the reports say that she was, but I wouldn't call that "a drunken plea". She sounded pretty much under control. Of course, who knows if she was telling the truth or not…

She did not sound drunk, just scared to death-the poor woman.

Brooke was quite drunk at 8:43 AM blowing a .13. I am sorry, but I will hold out judgement on Charlie. Anyone that drunk is not capable of articulating the real truth. Furthermore she has a prenup and maybe this was an opportunity to negotiate the settlement. I am not saying there was not a fight, but a fight worthy of calling the cops on her husband when she should know good and well what that could do to him???? Until Charlie is charged and/or is convicted or pleads, the jury is out for me. It sounds like she wanted a report and he wanted to leave….

the not so funny part is how this dude is still drinkin' and druggin', that she sounds "under the influence" and that, knowing his history, she chose him as a life's mate. count your blessings and move on dahlin!

before you pass judgement on charlie. wait for the facts in court..she is a gold digger , this is a set up to get out of the marriage

I have ALWAYS ALWAYS and will ALWAYS be on Denise Richards side during the breakup with Charlie Sheen. I never for a second thought that Denise R was lying about the horrible things Charlie Sheen did to her during the marriage. I thought this Brooke was nuts marrying him.

Also, I knew the marriage was in trouble when Perez showed pictures of Brooke and Denise hanging out together when they did not get along at the beginning. People commented on how classy that the two women were, but I knew that Brooke was beginning to confide with Denise on Charlie;s behavior.

Lastly, because Sheen comes from a powerful Hollywood family, look for them in suceeding in making Brooke seem like the bad girl, the way they made Denise seem like a nut-job.

Um, I don't think she sounds terrified at all. She sounds sleepy. And, she keeps saying how she wants to file a report. Seems a bit orchestrated, not a hysterical call out of terror.

Uhm, what a knife could do to her royally trumps whatever 'consequences' Charlie might have to face, just saying.

It's completely legal for her to blow a .13 in her own home. She has a nanny. Maybe she got into the eggnog big time the night before, considering that he was in LA and she was alone in Aspen at Christmas for a reason. Allegedly pulling a knife on someone, however, is NOT legal, last I heard.

Her blood alcohol level was higher than his, and that is all from the night before. Abuse is never the answer, but there are always three sides, his, hers and the truth.

Terrifying for Brooke.
But, on the other hand, she knew this was the kind of man that she agreed to marry and have babies with.
Brooke is guilty too for ignoring all the facts of his background.

Re: 01badgirl – soooo agree with you there. the constant hot mess in the sheen saga is sheen himself. women seem to hitch up with him when they're not in a good place in life/career. they should never have stopped this dude from seeing sex workers. at least these women were not taking their lives in their own hands hangin' with this dude. question - didn't he have some kind of gun incident with a wife a while back? i wonder if that's gonna come up in the trial (i'm gonna set my tivo now for that trial) as a "pattern of wackadoo behavior"?

I must file this report, I must file this report…..sounds like she has already had some previous experience with him and did not call the cops. Sounds like she is initiating a domestic violence crisis plan that she has been directed to do the next time Charlie exhibits violent behaviour.

It seemed kind of obvious to me that Sheen married this girl so he would have someone to defend him against Denise's allegations regarding their breakup. He has mental problems.

She definitely sounds drunk because you can barely understand anything that she is saying. She doesn't sound terrified at all and all she keeps saying is that she needs to make a report. Who cares about a report when they are actually scared for their safety. If you are scared you say you need someone there because he threatened you with a knife, not that you need to make a report. How is report going to keep you safe from a man in the next room who is holding a knife!?!?!? I have been hit, choked and my head slammed against a wall and I didn't call the police and say I need to make a report. I said I need someone here now!!!

Nobody knows the real story…I know Charlie and there are many sides….yes he has been through a lot and done a lot but these women see what they can get out of him and take advantage. I have no idea if that is what happened here but I'm just sayin……

you make no sense….i dont defend sheen…if what he did is as says..then he deserves it all..violence against women is never right..but you guys are all immediately defending her when we know nothing. You say charlie made denise his ex crazy…i watched her show..i watched interviews before she married and divorced him..she was always a whack job..her own father says so on her show….and re you can tell he is a scumbag by his picture?
if that were true…you would be magicAL AND courts would be beating your door down so they can use your services to determine guilt by looking at a picture.
all i saw in his picture was a grumpy angry guy…same anyone would be in a police mugshot.
