Turns out Nic Cage isn't being sued for fraud - he's just being sued for $3 million!
Red Curb investments have sued the actor for the $3 mil in loans Cage has failed to pay them back, but won't be suing Nic for the additional reported $15 million for failing to disclose to the IRS he was in debt.
"Any claims that Nic Cage engaged in fraud or wrongful conduct is absurd and ridiculous," says Nicolas' lawyer, Marty Singer.
It's only too bad for Cage's mortgage broker and previous accountant - they're being sued for $3 mil by Red Curb as well!
