Homewrecking Hailey's Lawyer Admits She Took The TV!
But did she commit the burglary in Jon Gosselin's apartment?
Not according to Hailey Glassman's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia who says:
"We're not denying Hailey took the TV. We are not denying she took her belonging out of the apartment. She is moving on with her life and taking her belongings. She moved all her belongings out so there will be security video showing her carrying items out of the apartment.”
When asked about the letter that was stabbed to a dresser with a knife supposedly from Hailey, Ovadia says, "I don't know anything about a letter. I don't have a copy of the letter."
We don't know what to think about this because while we do think Hailey is a whack job, so is Jon! Ovadia stands by her client though saying that "Hailey is 22 years old and she needs to move on with her life. She is caught up in madness and she is a baby."
Actually, she's an adult and she should have known better than to get involved with a man like Jon Gosselin!
Do U think Hailey is the criminal (she does have a past!) or did Jon pull a publicity stunt since the papers were starting to forget about him?

My bet is that she went to take her stuff out of the apartment, and he didn't think she should have taken things like the TV…probably there was a debate about what belonged to who…and then he tried to make it appear that she "burgled" the apartment.

Haha, so true! My guess is she took her stuff, he came home and was pissed that she took her stuff (because he probably considered it all his anyway) and staged a "burglary." However stupid Hailey is, which she seems to be quite stupid, it is not appropriate to label her "just a baby." She's a grown woman who should know enough not to get mixed up with a loser.

Sure she is pissed. Not a burglary though, she had rightful access to the apartment. A bit dramatic, but best described as a domestic dispute. All is fair in love and war, and the world knows wrath as that of a woman scorned. Lesson learned, move on.

Didn't they also admit to staging a fake interview claiming that they have broken up to stur up publicity and money during the divorce. I wouldn't put it past these too for filing a false insurance claim to gain money.

Sounds like she did it. That's sad. Hope she gets the help she needs and isn't legally prosecuted. Jon needs to take some responsibility here for hurting a very fragile person, and forgive her so long as she is getting some mental health help.

It is interesting that she just moved out why they supposedly broke up months ago. Jon was stupid to let her stay there in the first place. But I have read that she now admits to to the note and taking the TV. She has state many things just before this happened that give good reason to believe that she went ballistic on the apartment. Both have cried wolf so often who knows where the truth lies.
Baby my ass she is of legal age so she should know right from wrong. I suppose this will be her attorney's defense she is just a baby. Her parents welcomed Jon with open arms and said he was a part of their family now that things went to shit she is just a baby and doesn't know right from wrong? Pleaseeeee!!!!
