Janet And Brothers Have Claim In Michael's Estate!
It seems that Janet Jackson, along with her brothers, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Randy, are all possible creditors in Michael Jackson's estate.
The amount that they have to gain is unclear, but Janet did front some of the cost of Michael's funeral.
Attorney for the Jackson estate, Howard Weitzman, divulged that the brothers have an ongoing royalties claim, therefore are potential creditors.
Also a creditor… Michael's spiritual advisor, Rev. June Juliet Gatlin.

I hate to say it, but that's all that MJ became in the end….someone for someone to get money from. Nobody gave a shit about him!!! Shame on anyone who said they did! Maybe his death was a blessing in disguise. He doesn't have to deal with any of this anymore, thankfully for him. I hope that if there is an afterlife, he is resting, relaxing and happy.
Janet and MJs children aside - I think the rest of that family and all of those other creeps need to take a flying leap — they're sickening.

Unfortuantely I think this will continue to happen for years I already lost count. While they fight over his money the rest of us will be enjoying his music. Oh and I agree except for Janet and Michael's children the rest are a lost cause. Though I respect Michael's mother I won't go there.

I watched the brothers' unfortunately named series (look up the definition of Dynasty people!!!!!) and have to say Jackie, Marlon, and to a lesser extent Tito come across as quite nice. Jermaine comes off as a greedy, self centered, egomaniac.

This is suspicious…I thought MJ's children & his mother were entitled to the money from the estate?! His brothers want royalties from their Jackson 5 music or just because their his brothers (and feel they have that right)? They would be entitled to Jackson 5 royalties, but that's it. They have no right to MJ's music. Something was always shady about his brothers motives after MJ passed, they were apparently upset that 20% of his money would go to various charities. I don't understand why they don't go to work & earn their own money? Janet on the other hand doesn't need the money. If the family was looking out for their own best interest, they would leave the money to Katherine and MJ's kids like originally intended….Remember Jackson brothers- MJ has a signed official will!! But anyways, I really like the Jackson family, I just started watching their reality show last night, and I've so far watched the first episode and half of the second one and already I really like them!! There normal, they're a family and they're brothers!! I've never thought they were weird, I was seven when the 2003 invesigation started but I never thought anything bad about Michael and his family because what right did I have to judge this person who had effected the world so much. I'm really proud to say that I wasn't one of those people who hated Michael and the Jacksons before he died and became a big fan after he died. I think its annoying that people think the Jacksons are crazy or weird or whatever, because they're not. And its not all about the money for them, I've even seen an interview that made me respect Joe alittle bit.
And guys, the first episode of their reality show was filmed before Michael died and you can tell they really loved Michael, theres even a scene where one of the brothes was reading a tabloid and he was upset that the magazine was saying crap and Tito told him that the magazine is junk, and the article is talking about how they're releasing an album because Michael had sold out the 50 shows and they were jealous and stuff and Tito was saying how the magazine had trashed Michael and that he knew that Michael had never done anything so they really stood by Michael, its not just after Michael died!!!

I think their reality show is the best one I've seen in a while, I think that the brothes are great, I don't think Tito is mean or anything but I think he's more like Joe than the others but not to the extent that Joe was. Jermaine even said "Don't be too hard on us like Joe was" and Tito replied "I can't help it, I look like him." And I don't think Jermaines bad, I think he's determined to have things done a certain way….and he gets way to upset when they're not. I think its good that Jackie had his track deleted when he left the studio, it gave him a bit of a reality check!! And I think its funny how they mock Joe and refer to him as "Joe Jackson"
Re: DebDebs – Um, Janet and his brothes did try to help him but Michael wouldn't let them….Michael even told the people at the gates of Neverland not to let them onto the property because he didn't want his family to see his addiction. And Janet and the brothers even did an intervention in 2007 but it didn't work. Nobody can blame Michael because an addiciton is an illness and you can't blame someone for being sick but you can't say his family didn't try.
And BTW, the Jackson brothers are working, they're working on an album since early this year!!

A family or group that maintains power for several generations. This is the definition I think of and since the term Dynasty is self referential, I don't see any other generations of the Jackson family with success like the 9 Jacksons who have all had at least one hit record as a group or solo. It doesn't make sense that MJ would recieve their royalties, they should get their own check in the mail. Same goes for Janet & the 1 song besides the fact she doesn't need it but its entitled to her. The purpose of the estates money was to go to Katherine Jackson and his kids. If the brothers want their royalties then they should open their own mailbox.

Damn! Even from the grave, Michael is still taking care of talentless family. All of you, if you ever get a chance, go to Forest Hills where MJ is buried. It's one of the most peaceful places to be. I've seen something that I thought was gone. Families still honoring their dead. I've seen people reading books to those in graves, having picnics and just people still caring about the person even though they have passed on. This place where MJ is buried is long way from Hollyweird (thank goodness) and shows that you don't have to be a fake azz star, to be honored.
I believe that The Jacksons have stood by and defended MJ back when very few other people did! I think they should be able to inherit there mothers part of MJ fortune when she passes.
