No Decision On Sheen Charges Until February!

cs__opt11.jpg

Prosecutors are saying they probably won't reach a decision on whether or not to file charges against Charlie Sheen for his alleged domestic violence case until February.

Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day under suspicion of menacing, second-degree assault and criminal mischief.

Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin has said that menacing is the most serious charge of the three and usually carries a sentence of between 2 to 8 years in prison accompanied by a fine ranging from $2,000 to $500,000!

Yikes!

Charlie will appear in court on February 8 and he is currently free on an $8,500 bond.

The guy's a loose cannon!

I think this is irresponsible of you to post anything about. If charges had been pressed then its one thing. But you are assuming that he is guilty before it's even been proven.

Should we just throw the court system out and let perez be the judge and jury?

Happy New Year everyone. Some men are just not the marrying type and Charlie Sheen is one of those men. But in all fairness, Brooke was 2x as drunk as Charlie at 8 am. So in this respect, I wouldnt blame him 100%. Brooke knew what type of man he was (cokehead prostitute user alcoholic) before she started with him. I love Charlie Sheen and think he is talented actor but he has some demons. We (women) sometimes delude ourselves into thinking we can change a man. He wont change unless HE wants to change. Charlie is living the good life and will never change. Why should he change? He keeps finding women like Brooke and Denise.

It's about time he stops acting like somebody's kid and grows up. His man-boy act is tiresome.

Look, I may not like this guy either, but its awfully presumptious of you to assume that not only is he guilty but that he will do some serious time. His wife seems a likly culprit in this whole mess and since she can't get her story straight AND was completely drunk that morning, we shall see how this transpires. Maybe you should stop making assumptions since it only makes you an ass.

Setting a date like this makes me think the prosecutors have a hidden agenda. Otherwise, it seems they would have just said a decision will be made as quickly as possible or something like that.
Another case of celebrity justice? I'm guessing by Feb charges will have been dropped or he will plead no contest and go to rehab and end up with a slap on the wrist.

So now he has to stew and finangle. Again. It would get old for me fast. The only constant in these recurrant situations doesn't seem to recognize that he is the only common denominator in all of them.

Aren't their twins like 1 or 2 yrs old? Shouldn't they have been all excited to make their boys happy on Christmas morning instead of themselves??
