Jon's Lawyer Can Prove He Didn't Stage Burglary!
Turns out there's a security tape that shows Jon Gosselin entering his NYC apartment for only 60 seconds before he came out and reported the burglary.
And per the douche's lawyer, that's enough proof that the burglary was not staged and Hailey Glassman did it!
“He is going to be clocked by that surveillance camera going into his building,” said attorney Mark Heller. After only 60 seconds, “he comes down to talk to management. It’s all on tape. He couldn’t have done all that damage in 60 seconds. His place was trashed, his belongings ripped to shreds.”
Homewrecking Hailey was questioned by police and admitted that she did remove items from the apartment, but only things which were hers, including a TV. But that's not what Jon's lawyer thinks.
“She’s probably going to have a list of things she said he said she could take,” Heller said. “Well, let me tell you, we will have credit card statement and receipts proving Jon bought the items she is carrying out the door. And we will say in a sworn affidavit that he (Jon) didn’t authorize her to take the TV and other items that belong to him. Once they (investigators) see the video it will be a felony.”
Such a douche!
HELLer continues, “The forensics evidence will back up the vandalism. She (Hailey) is looking at felony charges in my opinion. She is looking at four years. And if she is convicted she is definitely doing jail time. I don’t know that she will do four years, but she will do jail time."
Snooze.
"I mean taking a butcher knife and cutting expensive items, breaking a family heirloom… give me a break. – I don’t know how you can cut her slack," he yapped. “The damage is in the thousands. There is no way she can walk away without severe penalty.”

You can't call him a douche if she actually did the damage to his apartment. Anyone would do the same thing….if she's responsible, then she will have to pay the consequences. But we know you don't like to take responsibility for YOUR actions P, so no surprise that you wouldn't expect someone else to. Get over your vendetta against Gosselin. This sounds like a domestic matter and I hope that NYPD isn't wasting too much time with it. I mostly hope that if they are reviewing tapes, that they review when he left the apt. for his trip to PA. I think that he was so outraged when he saw that she'd packed out and left an I hate you goodbye note for him, Jon freaked out and decided to punish her. If he did the deed, it was before he left for PA. He would have spent more than 60 seconds looking over everything that was gone and damage and reading the note. And checking his secret stash sites. Before calling police.
That proves nothing! He could have done it before that particular point on the tape.

Although Jon's lawyer is prone to extreme hyperbole, I do believe Ms. Glassman is indeed in for some trouble with law enforcement.
judges do not like talkative lawyers. i would now bet she DOESNT do any jail time, if charges are ever filed. i think if they were going to be, they would have been by now. the surveillance tape and fingerprints would be enough evidence if there was anything there.

Oh, ok, Heller has PROOF Jon did not do it, Heller has PROOF Jon purchased these things, just like the PROOF that the money he withdrew (stole) from his family's account was only 22k. Remember the "paper trail of proof" they kept talking about??? That proof went up in smoke just like this story will. So he did it at a different time and then did the 60 second run for help, or had someone else do it while he was gone….there is some kind of fishyness behind this silly story.

I have to ask, if her name was on the lease and they were sharing the apartment how it is considered burglary? Was she moving out and did the damage? Did she have her key still? I was suggesting before that Jon knows that everything leaks to the tabloids and before he would summon help from management or police…..he would spend alot more than 60 seconds looking over his place to make sure nothing embarrassing or indecent is secured from view. He knows that management would leak the info and that the police photos/written report may easily leak out as well. He would spend at least a few minutes securing and hiding what he needed to tuck away. The 60 seconds is ridiculous.
