Jamie Bell, aka Billy Elliot, is looking hawt in a new still from his upcoming film The Eagle of the Ninth, set to release in 2010.

Bell plays Esca, a Celtic slave of his master, a young centurion called Marcus Aquila, played by Channing Tatum.

Channing Tatum AND Jamie Bell???

Mark Strong appears to lead off the cast (though not beefcake there). He has been in Body of Lies as well as recent successes Sherlock Holmes and The Young Victoria.
The director Kevin Macdonald is mostly known for documentaries like the great, One Day in September but also more recent strong features like State of Play and The Last King of Scotland.
The film is based on the Rosemary Sutcliff novel that was actually briefly a British TV series in the late 70s
