Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo flew in style this holiday season when the couple took a flight from Cincinnati to New York… in coach.
Embarrassed as all hell to be the only celebs who don't fly first class, the couple sat together quietly, paid for their cocktails, and "were very low-key," noticed a source.
Yeah, because they were hoping no one would recognize them! How sad to realize your Hollywood career hasn't even warranted you the privilege to fly in first class.
But more surprising is the fact that these two are still together.

If they were going from Cincinnati to NYC it's likely the plane didn't even have a first class section,not on an 1 1/2 hour flight.Still it might have had a small business class section.

So what?! When I used to fly to L.A. from San Francisco, I only sat in first class because my dad worked for United Airlines. There is no way I would have paid $600.00 for first, when tickets were going for $39.00 in coach, even if I did have it. And I saw plenty of celebs walk past me into coach . . . With the bullshit you have to deal with just to get on the plane, who wants to pay $2,000.00 to get a couple of drinks?

…. to be honest, as a travel agent I've had the 'privilege' of travelling first class a few times… also executive class…. and in all honesty, for short hauls it's a huge waste of money. Some of our richest clients will insist on business class or economy for the same reason… the rich are rich because they don't throw away their money Perez.
