Prosecutors Don't Want Sheen Restraining Order Lifted

| Filed under: Legal MattersCharlie Sheen

Well he HAS been accused of threatening his wife with a knife!

Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller both have said they want the restraining order against Charlie lifted so they can attempt to reconcile. Under the order Charlie is banned from contacting his wife at all.

Prosecutors filed a motion yesterday opposing the couple's request for dismissal, but they haven't revealed a specific reason. It's unknown when the judge will make the final call.

We still think Brooke is making a mistake trying to patch up their relationship.

How many chances is this guy going to get?!

Charlie should smack some sense into that Denise, Brooke, and Rhianna too!

  2. 2

    Charlie is the bread winner!!

  3. 3

    Oh lawd…..

  4. 4

There are innocent little children involved and they need to be protected at this time, so I agree with the prosecutors. Things need to cool off for a while.
Once you call the cops in a domestic violence situation, law inforcement takes over and they make the decisions. Think before you dial–I've been there.

Has she not learned anything from Rhianna …. ?

He is just pissed because Michael Jordan told him that he wouldn't let him suck his cock anymore.

I think Brian Griffin on family guy said (sang) it best when he said, "money money money! (money!)"

Uhm Perez? Does the term "Innocent until proven guilty" mean anything to you? Sure, we may all believe we know what happened, but do we actually know?

why is this guy so untouchable…I'm looking at my preview guide and seeing that two and a half men is on right now.

  12. 12

THey are both stupid. You'd think he'd at least learn by now. He's not one to be married.

And for the dumb bimbo to marry him with his history … well that tells you what she's all about. Dumb and stupid. I bet she's thinking right now, "I can change him. He loves me!!!!" I bet Denise Richards said the same thing. And all his other girlfriends.

Once a player and abuser, always a player and abuser. Not just domestic abuse, he abuses EVERYTHING. What did she think she was getting.

As far as his show goes, I watched a rerun the other night, and I look at him different. It's just a matter of time before he tanks.

After the accusations I can't see the courts just letting them have at each other.

So far, this is allegations, his wife was drunk in Christmas morning and she has changed her story more than once. Charlie might not be innocent in all this. But I think people should let the court sort this out. Perez you are not a judge so stop prosecuting people! I agree with the court decision, kids are involved.

  15. 15

That golddigger knew what she was getting into when she married into that crazy mess. She is just as bad, if not worse than him.
They deserve each other, but the kids deserve better parents.

Re: Pacific Ocean Gal – His wife also has a history with violence and drug use btw.

Charlie Sheen has been above the law for a lot of years.

  24. 24

well then she's even stupider than i thought and she deserves him. nobody else wants him, so i'm sure he's all for it. she'll learn when he goes through with killing her.

Re: Nesa – After the bldng. 7 thing, I'd suggest he not give them a reason.

  26. 26

I can't wait until the twins are taken and put into protective custody. Then Charlie and his bimbo can have all the time in the world to shank each other.

To All the Dumb Assholes who have commented here dissing Charlie, let's look at the facts:

1 - This woman was shit faced when she called 911.
2 - She looks like an evil fucking bitch.
3 - She also looks like a dumb ass.
4 - He probably did scare her, but she was a dumb drunk ho calling 911.
5 - It's in her best interest to stay w. him, well, monetary interests.
6 - This really helps distract the media from Tiger, so that's kind of cool.

    Happy New Year Assholes.

  28. 28

Aww let her get back with him… both should sober up and take care of their kids.

  29. 29

now maybe they will restore his tv show back to the way it start with charlie being a funny drunken philanderer …

Just as an FYI is people are wondering…I was in a similar situation, and I was told in domestic violence cases, especially if the "aggressor" has a history, prosecutors don't need the "victim" to continue with the complaint, they can do the case without them. Reason being (I was told) that since the whole OJ/Nicole thing and the fact women especially end up filing and dropping charges left and right which is a huge waste of resources, this discretion is to keep both parties in check. If you file a complaint, you're stuck with it whether you were really in the wrong or not, and if you're accused of something you can't intimidate the person to drop, or have the chance to reconcile. Obviously this doesn't account for false complaints and leaves the door open to people being able to "get revenge" on someone by filing falsely. Personally I don't agree with it because I do know several women who have taken advantage of this, and my life ended up being dragged through the shitter because of all the drama it created. More cost efficient, maybe, and I get the "logic", but in my case it dragged out for months and created a horrible situation. Had I known beforehand this was the case I would NEVER have filed a complaint (Yes, all you have to do is file a complaint, even if you specify you don't want charges filed, you just want a formal complaint written up to be on the record).

How many chances is he going to get?

As many as we allow him.

Everyone needs to email CBS and the advertisers and say enough is enough!
He makes Tiger Woods look honorable.
