Arizona has finally handed DMX his jail sentence.

A judge ordered the rapper to serve 90 days on drug, theft and animal cruelty charges.

The music man, who's also known as Earl Simmons, has been held in custody since December.

He was NOT given credit for time served and upon his release will be on supervised probation for 18 months.

DMX had pleaded guilty to the charges to settle three criminal cases against him.

He has also agreed not to own any animals or posses firearms.

We really think DMX's probs are in the head and in addition to serving time needs to work his brain out with a therapist!

Kim Kardashian took to her blog to 'defend' Jessica Simpson's weight gain. Again.

I was doing Super Bowl interviews for my Leather & Laces party I'm hosting down here in Tampa, Florida, and EVERYONE seems to be asking me about Jessica Simpson's alleged weight gain.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous!!! She is not fat at all and I am actually offended that people are giving her such a hard time over this! LEAVE HER ALONE!!!

First of all, her outfit was FABULOUS! I loved that Fendi leopard belt with those high waisted jeans!

She is so drop dead gorgeous and the fact that the media is sending this message out to young girls is mind blowing!

I am probably twice Jessica's size, so what do you guys think of me then???

Well done, Kim!

Don't ever pass on a chance to get your name in the media mix!

Heidi Klum must be in on the Jessica Simpson pudge publicity ploy because now the model and Project Runway host is weighing in (get it?) on the fat flack.

She says that "everyone should be the way they feel comfortable," adding, "There are always people who are quick to offer an opinion and when you are in the public eye, people will always talk about you and put their opinions on you. That's what you get when you're in the public eye. But people need to be happy with the way they are."

Well, when the celebs stop talking about it, so will we!

NutriSystem has just announced their latest spokesperson - The Go-Go's Belinda Carlisle.

At least it wasn't the Walk Like An Egyptian chick!

According to the company's press release, Carlisle wanted to shed 20 pounds before her 50th birthday last year. That's when the singer turned to NutriSystem's weight loss program.

Now Belinda is said to be "more energetic today than ever before."

In a recent interview Belinda says, “It’s pretty well known that I’ve struggled with my weight. I’m not about deprivation at all. When I moved to the south of France 10 years ago it taught me to celebrate food and not make it an enemy — people in my business usually do. When this came along it was really easy for me.”

The Coachella Music Festival - which just announced its lineup on Friday - is offering layaway and "half now/half later" options for purchasing tickets, which is smart considering how the concert industry is fearing a decline in profits due to the current economic situation.
