Two of our favorite ladies were partying it up in Sin City for New Year's Eve!

Nicole Richie brought in the new year at the Palazzo Hotel's Lavo Nightclub and Christina Aguilera welcomed 2010 at Tao in the Venetian.

Unfortunately, as both are moms, there are no wild Vegas antics to report - yet.

But they did look fab!
