Elton John Helping Eminem Battle Drug Problem!
Although it seems like an odd combination, Elton John has been key in helping Eminem recover from his addiction to prescription drugs.
"I've been helping Eminem over the last 18 months and he's doing brilliantly," said Elton, who has his own issues with substance abuse.
The rapper had his first stint in rehab in 2005, in which he almost overdosed on methadone. It didn't stick and by May of 2009, he developed a habit that led him to taking nearly 20 Vicodin, Ambien and Valium a day.
"I'm there if people want my help. If people ask for help you tell them where to go but there's no point advising people if they don't want to do it," continued John.
We hope Em wants it! It's about time he cleaned up act!
