Eclipse Script Leaked!
Apparently, floating around the Internet yesterday was an early version of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse script. Considering that Twi-fans are salivating for anything to do with their favorite vamps and wolves, we're sure most of you have found it and read it by now.
But how did it get out?!
We hear that one of the actors let the gem fall into the hands of the leaker. Jackson Rathbone, who plays Jasper Cullen, to be exact.
We're sure Summit Entertainment is pretty pissed, but they should really just relax. If we know anything about Twilight fans, we know that even if each of them were handed the script personally, six months in advance, they would still turn out in droves to see the flick.
In the end, its all about TayTay's abs and R-Patz's smile! Can't get that on paper!
Any of U Twilighters get your hands on a script? Anything juicy to report?! (We would have downloaded it ourselves, but we didn't want a vampire virus!)

I read through it. They made the engagement scene much better and the fight scene is more in depth and engaging than the book. I would say that although it is a script, if you have read the books than you are not really missing anything.

Ive read the books. I know what happens. Im excited for Eclipse and interested to see how they do the war with the newborn vampires. Why would anyone want the script just to ruin it for everyone excited to see the movie.

I have the script here I ordered it off play.com its called Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer. Seriously if you've read the book you know whats coming. And I cant wait. The books are not dumb or for little girls so anyone who doesnt like Twilight or the rest fine its your opinion, but you're in the minority and have no right to slate the readers. So fuck off!!

I read it and Melissa better hope its not the real one. She will end up getting her a** kicked LOL!!!! its more team jacob and Riley has more lines than Alice. And she screwed up the tent scene, COME ON….Wish someone would show her what to do with that script!
I read it it's pretty good..without spoiling anything it was put together pretty well but it's not the final draft so i hope a few things change.. there are some over cheesy lines! can't wait to see the movie!!!

WTF? It's a BOOK people! Therefore thousands of silly minded fangirls already have the foundation of the movie. I guess I can understand why Summit would be a little irked that someone leaked it but at the time, it's a damn book. And we all know the obsessive Twilight fans are going to see it anyways in droves. Therefore why does it really matter? If anything this will just make the fans even more excited for the damn movie.

yep, i got the script yesturday, just in time, they took it down not too long after, i kind of feel bad for reading it all, but i couldnt help myself! it was sooo good! i do not want to give away any spoilers, but it was good, very good. im so excited to see it!
Seriously, near the end of the script Jacob gets injured seriously and ends up naked and Edward holds him. Wonder if we will get to see some Taytay jr? lmao kidding but seriously..
just a quick read thru and there on pg 50…Rochester NY 1933 (Rosalie's original hometown) I am sooo excited to see that included in the script/movie, as it is in the book. It is my hometown…yea!!! The rest of the story looks amazing too! Can't wait!!

okay jus read the script, im so MAD, I hope this is some type of sick joke or something,this cannot be the real script, eclipse was the BEST book in the series, the whole appeal to the book was E/B love story, why are there so many victoria/riley scenes? why?, in what freakin world would edward let bella ditch him at school by riding off w/ jacob? in what world is jacob not a selfish a-hole? why is he being portrayed as a nice guy? why is the leg hitch scene not in the movie? why isnt their any real dialogue or chemistry between E/B? why arent any of the kissing scenes hot and heavy like in the book? why does bella witness jacob getting hurt in the fight? why isnt edward concerned about bella hangin out with jacob? why doesnt he get really upset when jacobs sexually assaults bella? why is eclipse coming off more as a horror flick then a love story?, I absolutely hate Melissa Rosenberg she eff up the whole series for me!!

I don't think half of you idiots realize how many times a script changes in the painstaking process. Most scripts are get revised 6 or 7 times before the final copy is produced and even get torn apart throughout shooting by the director and writer even after.
Ugh.

Anyway, I see no point in reading the script, as it is based on the book. It's easier to just read the book and get all the information.
