Michael Jackson Death Investigation Is Over!

And Dr. Conrad Murray is in deep shiz!
The LADP has completed their "exhaustive" and "extremely thorough" investigation into the death of Michael Jackson and the case will go to the District Attorney within the next few weeks.
Supposedly, the authorities have enough evidence to file a criminal case against Dr. Murray even though his administering of Propofol did not break any laws. He's likely to be charged with involuntary manslaughter, which means they would have to prove gross negligence.

If anybody should be charged with manslaughter it should be Jackson himself. He was committing slow suicide for years.
Although MJ was playing with fire by allowing physicians to administer him this very dangerous drug, it will be nice to see the physician responsible for his death put before the justice system.
I am not sure what is more serious Involuntary Manslaughter or Negligent Homicide. I suspect the later but perhaps they do not have the case they need for prosecution for negligent homicide. I hope their time, care, and diligence result in a well proven case of guilt, prosecution, jail time and some peace for the Jackson Family.
Doesn't seem like it would be hard to prove, since Propofol is only supposed to be administered in a hospital and not for sleeping.
Re: Spindoc – Yes but at the hands of the Dr. Without prescriptions by a Dr. he would have not been able to get his hands on all those prescription drugs!!!! Therefore all those Dr. deserve to go to jail!

the LAPD? ConRat Murderer was well subsidized and wasn't 'chosen' for his stellar professional background. He may escape justice but karma will bite him in the ass in the end. He deserves to be burned at the stake and anything less does not do justice for Michael.

It was just plain WRONG for a DOCTOR to allow this. It doesn't matter what Michael asked him to do. What Murray did he did for the M$O$N$E$Y.
Re: Spindoc – well ugh mike is dead and uhhh conrad was the one who gave him the drug he wasnt force to no one put a gun to his head he could have refused and he wouldnt even had to worry about this but instead he didnt so now he has to face the consequences just like any other doctor who would have did this to any non famous patient

To long to explain but I was put on a ventilator for 5 days in the hospital back in 2006 and was put on the same thing that Michael was.. That stuff is strong shit and when you wake up, you feel like you've had the best sleep ever, although it takes afew days to really know where you are and what day it is.. I'm not sure if taking this drug for one night would allow you to wake up and be able to function the following day as it was "suposedly" claimed… You don't know what your name is for afew days either…
