Self-proclaimed model Gypsy Porfirio is facing assault and drug charges after hitting Daniel Kelley and Gina Siclari while under the influence of prescription drugs!
Porfirio admitted to taking 2 Xanax, 1 Ambien and 1 Percocet less than an hour before she hit the jogging couple with her Honda Civic on Tuesday. The authorities also found 60 more pain and anxiety meds in her waistband and boots after the crash.
"I blacked out at the wheel. I can't believe I hit a person," she says in the court documents.
TWO people, dumbass. And it looks like one of them may not survive!
Daniel Kelley is hospitalized in critical condition with severe head and chest injuries. His girlfriend Gina is stable but also in the hospital with head injuries and a broken leg and ankle. The two of them have been dating for nearly 2 years and ran together every day.
Gypsy is being held on $150,000 bail and is due back in court on January 11.
Absolutely shameful.
We hope both of the victims are able to recover.

Just one more example that the prescription drug cabal companies cause a million times more damage and death to the public than marijuana, yet not only are they legal but they also get to advertise their garbage a million times a day on TV. Not one single solitary case ever recorded that smoking marijuana has ever caused an overdose or caused cancer yet this natural growing plant that has beneficial effects for people with nerve and muscle disorders is illegal. Why? Because the prescription drug cabals dont`t want it to be, it would wipe out half their profits.

Can you imagine what that would do to the billion dollar industry? Then stupid people like her get behind a wheel and drive and kill someone or themselves. I'm a recoverED alcoholic with two DUIs under my belt over a twenty year span. I can not emphasize enough the reality that you can get a DUI regardless of your BAC or if you have anything in your system that is mind altering. .08 is a guidline. They can and will charge you for any BAC if they want. The old myth and lie 2 hours per drink is laughable. A single drink will stay in your blood system up to 24 hours. And trust me, if you mow someone down they are going to do blood work on you and you are going down if you have anykind of BAC. Alcohol is water soluable and will generally leave your system after about 24 hours. Marijuana is fat soluable and will stay with you and in the fatty tissues of your brain for a very long time if not forever. I get a kick out of assholes who go on and on about how grass should be legal. And then its funny to hear them to pipe up about how functional and productive they are or their brother-in-law is so and so is that smokes grass everyday. That is the exception. The vast majority of pot smokers and alcoholics are low functions derelicts who are trying to grope through life in somekind of haze.
These people are all so fu*ck'n stupid ! They have looks, money, fame . Just goes to show you - that is what it is not all about. Just say'n. Now, I hope that couple sue the size 0 pants off her !

Terrible tragedy…..but this 23 year old teacher has been dating his 18 year old girlfriend for the pat two years…..hope he gets better but the school system should look at this relationship especially after so many inappropriate teacher/student relationships came to light in NY.

very sad day indeed for the kelley family and all of us who had the privilege of knowing Danny….I don't think the focus needs to be on his relationship, it should be on making stricter laws for those who kill under the influence and supporting the families through this rough time
I think the folks who fight the battle against drunk drivers need to extend their campaign to those who are taking prescription drugs. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT AMBIEN DOES TO A PERSON IN THE DAYTIME? (besides the Tiger Woods thing).

Unfortunately, Daniel Kelly died yesterday.
She's probably drug shopping around w/ differnt dr.s and filling them at different pharmacies. While they all may legally hers, all of her dr.s need to know how she is using them. It's called dr shopping so unless the twitts tell thruth to dr., there's no way for the dr's to figure this unless she teall of them the and aslo sig an affidavit alllowing these dr.d tp have access of all records.It's not the dr's faults. The patient's have to learn how to tell the truth.

Re: Soul Ese – He was not her teacher, he taught at a public elementary school (4th grade) and was an inspiring and amazing teacher.. They were friends for a long time a ran together and relationship formed..
Daniel died…….. He was a fantastic teacher and an incredible human being. He was admired and loved by all of his students and loved by his staff. May he rest in piece.
